Unauthorized tune up and undisclosed alignment
AVOID this shop! Requested a transmission service and to inspect the front suspension and diagnose why the check engine light was on. They completed these service/repairs but did NOT disclose doing an alignment nor was doing a tune up authorized. Hector held the vehicle hostage until payment was received. He refused to issue a refund for unauthorized services and promised to discuss with the owner and call us back! The man is dishonest and lies through his teeth with expertise!

Transmission rebuild
Atrocious ! Dealer stated 3/4 days to repair. It took 2 weeks. Dealer called to day AC condenser was bad,it worked fine that day and previous days. Dealer forst agreed to pay 8 days car rental,then agreed to pay all rental car. Today over a week after car rental fee removed from charge on credit card to removal,now got charged for 7 days . Nothing about this repair is right. Called for 10 day check up ? Told system was down and they're too busy. I guess I no longer have a warranty?
