Brett in sales, David and Roy in service.,knowledgeable and helpful guys in parts department,even the ladies at the counters.Hats off to a truly proffesional group. Last week I needed some love and help,and Roy and David were all about customer service.Those two guys are what keeps a happy customer and as important,a returning one at that. Went to Kelly's Performance Specialist in the first part of November of 2012 for a performance upgrade. I wanted performance heads and High compression pistons and a cam upgrade done on my 08 FLTR and Kelly gave me a estimate of $2200 to $2500. I told Kelly what I wanted for SE heads from HD but he ordered the heads that he wanted not the heads I wanted. Well the heads he ordered were not for a 08 and later HD so he has machine the heads for the top motor mount then after 8 weeks I get my bike back and it cost me almost $3400. Got 1200 miles on the bike and the bike produced less on the dyno tune then before and the bike BURNED OIL. I also told Kelly that the 255 cam was not a good cam for the build that is being done but he insisted that the 255 cam would be OK. So in Jan 2013 I take the bike back for him to fix the burning oil problem and to have the 259E cam put in along with a 58mm throttle body and the 5.3 injectors which is a HD 103stage 4 kit and after Kelly tunes the bike on the dyno for a day the bike won't hardly run it will only start when the engine is cold. My overall review is for over $4000 I got a bike that won't run and I lost 10 weeks or riding time as well and I still have to find a good mechanic to fix my bike. STAY AWAY from Kelly's Performance Specialist he is Bad news.
