My RV broke down, (the front pump seal o-ring needed to be replaced) and I had it towed to Joe's RV shop. The only reason that I am giving him 2 stars is because he stuck to his word of charging me for 6 hours labor and came to pick us up from our hotel after we had to turn in our rental because our RV was supposed to be done. My father was with me and has a mechanic business of his own and was unable to fix the issue due to no tools and no lift. The job was a 6 hour job max. I went in the morning after it was towed in to his shop, explained that I was in the military and needed to be back at my duty station by the 20th and also needed to be in Colorado in 3 days to pick up my hubby at the airport. He said it shouldnt be a problem. He said it would take 6 hours and we should be able to back on the road. I called to ask a question about 2 hours after we left and the lady said they had already pulled our RV in and was working on it. We drove by the RV place about 15 minutes later and the RV was still parked outside. I called back in at 330 (they close at 4) and it wasnt done, they had just received the parts. He has told us earlier that morning that the parts are easy to get and they come locally. We had called in and they said they were working on it but everytime we drove by, there was no one working on it. I was very upset about the dishonesty. I called the next morning and they had said that they hoped it would be done that day but it would be later in the day. So we went and turned in the rental car and went up to the RV shop at 330 and once again they said it wouldnt be done until the next day, hopefully by 1. I was so upset that I was in tears. About 1 the next day, they called and said it was done. They did come pick us up from our hotel and took us to pick it up. We had a blow out on our 5th wheel so we popped in to get our spare replaced. We called ahead to make sure they had our tire in stock and they did. An employee was walking by as we were getting out of our truck. She saw our kids and small dog and welcomed all of us, even our dog into their store. They had a tv and toys to entertain the kids and were all extremely friendly. They even offered to get my dog some water. We were promptly helped and their prices were reasonable. We would definitely come back here again if the need arises.
