Motorcycle repair service near Laveen, AZ

Harley of Scottsdale where looking good is more important that decent service. First time customer, took my bike in for service.Service department got my okay to do a repair. Okay was never passed on and cost me 7 days without my bike(okay no biggie it happens). When they got the part they realized they ordered the wrong part.. Hahah(strike two). Costs me another 2 days. Finally done but one minor snag they say my derby cover is bent. No problem I bought it from them 3 weeks ago. They say sorry they wont cover it as they didn't install it. Wow really I bent it by putting 3 screws on it?(strike three) No biggie the extra 60 bucks is worth knowing I will never ever spend another penny at the store. I have to say the service rep Ari actually seemed like he was trying hard to give me good service. But he might be the only good apple in the rotten bunch. The old adage applies you can sheer a sheep many times but only skin him once. These guys skinned me bad! When I buy my next bike or any accessories it definitely will not be from these guys. As a consumer I would say avoid this store like the plague.

These guys are great when it comes to service. I was so glad I found these guys. After a nightmare experience with another local "mechanic" , and I use that term very loosely, I'm glad to see there are still honest shops out there. These guys are good at what they do, offer fast turn-a-round and I found them to be one of the lowest rates around. Also, these guys will walk you through what they've done and only service what's necessary. No b.s. or adding extra services I didn't need like the 1st shop. Thanks again Preston. I will continue to use your services and highly recommend you guys to my rider friends. p.s. there in the lot with The Lube Shop on NW corner of AZ Ave and Frye

Don't bother taking your vintage Ducati to this shop. They charge a premium shop charge and can't fix it if they can't plug it into a computer.

Sloppy job and overpriced service.

At adrenaline performance motorcycles i experienced friendly, knowledgeable, and professional people. Highly recommended.Best place to take your bike in town! Way better than the steal-ership!Got my first oil change there since i bought my 2006 r6.And as an added bonus, The owner was there the whole time to answer my questions about what i can buy to make my bike faster and look cooler. Even showed the products to me in his catalogs and told me he could order them and install them within a few days. Even showed me his dyno and said he could install and tune a power comander and quickshifter right there.Jeremy the owner said he would be closed this week but i plan on going back next week to get a power comander and maybe an exhaust that was hanging in the waiting room.
