As the owner of a Mercedes S class, I'm glad that our family found someone like Reinhard to keep our vehicle maintained and on the road. Their estimates have always been accurate when they call to tell us what our vehicle needs. They always get us in within a day or 2 of calling. Yeah sure sometimes the final bill might be a little over due to needing an extra hose or part that you find bad when taking it off to get to another part but I would rather they replace it then and there, so we don't have to make a return trip or call for a tow when we are on the road. We have always been fairly treated by him and his wife in the office. Some of these other reviews I would I ??? as I do most on the internet these days. Stop in meet them talk to them you will see. They are straight forward and some people don't like that but personally I like the no gimmicks no games and I'm not against paying for someone's time to look over and actually repair what is "actually" needed. I have been coming here for over 3 years and will continue to do so.

I've had a rattle in my van for quite a while. I've been told it was a loose heat shield. I drive a support van for Patriot Guard Riders and we will be escorting a soldier who was killed in action tomorrow and Saturday for arrival and funeral. I stopped by Pep Boys and asked if they could take care of it. They looked at it and said they could reattach or remove it. Removing would be easier and faster. Two mechanic friends had recommended just that. I said go ahead. When it was done the fellow said, "No Charge". I said, "You can't do that for NOTHING!" He smiled and said, "We just did." Thank you Pep Boys for supporting the troops! You ROCK!
