I just had Justin Johnson with wrench inc out here and he was able to solve a problem 2others gave up on. He was very nice and professional. He never gave up and did an excellent job. It wasn't a great experience, you tried to charge an outrageous price for things that have already been replaced and fixed, and over charged a job,and gave back the vehicle in the same condition!So no it wasn't a good experience and I'll let everyone know on all social media platforms!

I took my previously owned ML 350 in for a B service at 56K miles. They took care to discuss with me what would be done. Mr. Piech, who worked on the car did phenomenal work. I thought the car rode smoothly before I brought it in, but Mr. Piech re-lubed the chassis and now it rides like it came out of the showroom. He also noted that the brake fluid needed replacing, and the difference in braking is noticeable. He let me know things that were fine, but noted item I need to keep an eye on (for example, difference in brake pad wear). It's nice to know I have found a shop where people still take pride in their work. I have already recommended the shop to two of my friends, and I'll be bringing my car here for as long as I own it.

I have had the pleasure of working with the Vinson Team for several years after having been referred by my neighbor. They are professional, respectful, knowledgeable and reliable. I have lived all over the country and I wish there were more Mike Vinson Automotive locations for my friends and family to appreciate.

Amazing Service ! The staff is honest and gets straight to the problem. We took our 2014 Maxima to them because the air wasn't blowing cold. They did an AC recharge and oil change. I came back a week later and they re-checked everything to make sure we had no leaks. We had been told by our local BIG O that we didn't have a cabin air filter and needed one (but decided to pass) . When they were doing the final check they mentioned that our cabin air filter needed replaced. I was amazed because we had been told twice by BIG O that we didn't have one. Will was even kind enough to bring it out and show it to me. I'm thankful to find an honest and reliable shop ! I've had a hard time finding a dealership or shop that we can trust. Spencer's now has my service ! No scare tactics/pressure to up-sell on unneeded products here <3 Samantha Herbaugh

LOVE these guys! They did quality job that five other mechanics wanted 3600-5000. This shop charged me less than half of the total. We essentially had to replace half the engine. Trustworthy and understand that our vehicles are our lifeline to our lives. Very professional, treated my car and myself like family. Screw the other guys, Surprise Auto is my new mechanical home!

Fred had me come in the day I called and they did a perfect job repairing my car. These guys know what they're doing and do what needs to be done... and at a fair price. They made it simple, took care of the issues quickly and professionally, and immediately made me a new long time customer. The experience was like going back in time, when taking your car into the shop was more like getting a haircut... with confidence, care, and familiarity. This is the auto repair shop to go to. They are very knowledgeable, kind, trustworthy, friendly and to top it off a very nice facility. I would highly recommend Auto Correct, if you want it done correct the first time around.

Great work by honest people. Owner apologized for the cost of replacing the serpentine belt because the floor had to be removed to access the engine. Not their fault.

Chris did some work on our truck and he did an amazing job and was so nice! I would highly recommend him to anyone and will absolutely use him in the future if we have a need again. This is one of the best shops in town. I have been going to them for years. I know cars, I can fix cars. It killed me when I came to the realization that I don't have the time to mess with that sort of thing anymore and had to trust someone else to be honest and competent with my vehicles. Randy and his crew are by far the most honest mechanics I have ever known. They have done service or repairs on my truck, wife's SUV, and several sport's cars I've owned. I tried them first about 9 years ago because I wanted to support a local shop. I was/am so impressed with their knowledge, pricing and, above all, customer service. I've never found a business of ANY kind that provides such outstanding customer service and stands so firmly behind their work. That's why I recommend them to all of my friends and relatives.

I have been taking my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating, and when my car needed to stay for a couple of days, they graciously provided a "loaner" at no charge. And I always enjoy looking at the latest artist installation on the walls while I am there (I've been tempted to buy a couple of pieces once or twice!) I know there's the old cliche that women are taken advantage of at repair shops because we generally don't know a lot about cars, but with a woman owner - who is a mechanic herself - and 90-percent women employees (including a working mechanic), I always feel like I'm getting the straight story, explained to me in a way that I can understand! I can't say enough about Chester's. My Daughter at Elon University had some issues with our Audi - Chester spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem found out it was a major issue with the cam shaft. I checked online and found out it was covered under a 10 year Audi extended warranty. I had the car towed to Audi of Greensboro. I asked Chester what I owed him...he didn't charge me! Wow - If we weren't three hours away I would take all my cars there. Nice honest and competent.

Was a great experience. Recommended what I needed but wasn’t pushy when I wanted to wait! Coming back now to complete the service!
