Honda service near Surprise, AZ

This is one of the best shops in town. I have been going to them for years. I know cars, I can fix cars. It killed me when I came to the realization that I don't have the time to mess with that sort of thing anymore and had to trust someone else to be honest and competent with my vehicles. Randy and his crew are by far the most honest mechanics I have ever known. They have done service or repairs on my truck, wife's SUV, and several sport's cars I've owned. I tried them first about 9 years ago because I wanted to support a local shop. I was/am so impressed with their knowledge, pricing and, above all, customer service. I've never found a business of ANY kind that provides such outstanding customer service and stands so firmly behind their work. That's why I recommend them to all of my friends and relatives.

I just moved to Arizona for 1 year not knowing any shop to fix My 2000 Honda Civic power steering pump. I called Japanese Auto Pro's for a quote and they were very reasonable price. I would recommend to anyone to try them out, these guys is so professional and honest, price is great, they even offered courtesy drop off which is great. Thank You So Much.

We have been bringing our Toyota, Lexus and Hondas here for years now. They keep excellent records, take good care of your car, and always give you a straight, honest answer on the car's problem. Jesus is pleasant and knowledgeable on the phone and keeps in touch while the car is in the shop. They treat you and your car like family. I needed a tire quick, in a hurry. Didn't want to spend too much money or time for it. Went to the NE corner of I-17 and Glendale Ave. There were several cars there before me. I was on a jack and tire off in less than 15 minutes. They had several tires that I could use that were recommended by the manufacturer. I choose one that closely resembled the remaining three tires. The tires was put on the rim, balanced and on my car in no time after making my selection. I was out the door for $20.00 and about half an hour later. That tire outlasted the other three tires and ended up using it as the spare. I'm not saying that you too will be as lucky as I with your used tire purchase. But for $20.00 and quick service if the tire lasts three months you've made out like a bandit. Sure beats the wait at Big O or Discount Tires, just saying.

I have been taking my 2009 Hyundai Elantra here for years and always have a pleasant experience. They are great at communicating, and when my car needed to stay for a couple of days, they graciously provided a "loaner" at no charge. And I always enjoy looking at the latest artist installation on the walls while I am there (I've been tempted to buy a couple of pieces once or twice!) I know there's the old cliche that women are taken advantage of at repair shops because we generally don't know a lot about cars, but with a woman owner - who is a mechanic herself - and 90-percent women employees (including a working mechanic), I always feel like I'm getting the straight story, explained to me in a way that I can understand! I can't say enough about Chester's. My Daughter at Elon University had some issues with our Audi - Chester spent a lot of time diagnosing the problem found out it was a major issue with the cam shaft. I checked online and found out it was covered under a 10 year Audi extended warranty. I had the car towed to Audi of Greensboro. I asked Chester what I owed him...he didn't charge me! Wow - If we weren't three hours away I would take all my cars there. Nice honest and competent.

Was a great experience. Recommended what I needed but wasn’t pushy when I wanted to wait! Coming back now to complete the service!

Virginia Auto Service does great work, The AC in my car went out and they were able to get me in the next day. They found the problem quickly and fixed it reasonably, plus they gave me a ride to work what more could you ask for!

This was my third visit to Shadow Mountain Auto Service! I have two vintage cars and my daily driver! I moved into my home nearby one year ago and I was fortunate to find such a reputable repair shop! Curt and Graham once again went out of their way to make sure the car was properly repaired. They kept me informed on the progress and the cost so there were no unexpected surprises! I am very pleased and trust them explicitly and would highly recommend them and I am very fussy with my cars! I went in for a power steering leak. They said my rack and pinion needed replaced. They misquoted me the price. Held my car for ransom 5 days. Would not put my old one back on because they damaged it. They charged me 2000.00 to get my car back. A power steering leak turned into 2000.00 job. They are liars, and argument. Both Ray and Greg.

Sat on my car for months and never finished work place is a huge scam

I took my daughter's 2005 Chevy Malibu to have some work done on her transmission, and i have not found a shop or customer service better then I did at Advanced Transmissions in a long long while. Advanced Transmissions has been in business many years now and they do good work, the way shops used to do back in the day when people actually cared about helping each other. So i am telling you, if you want an honest company that will do you right and give you a firm handshake go to Advanced Transmissions and talk to the guys at the front there.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! They will rip you off! Took my car after having issues with my ac was told I needed a new compressor it would be $1000.00 for a NEW ac compressor. Day one I"m told the dealer sent the wrong compressor, Day two the right compressor came in but it was "defective" Day three car is finished and fixed. I pay them and receipt clearly states new equipment installed. On the drive home I notice ac is still not working at all. I get home and open the hood and I find my original used compressor. I called the owner Julio and he hung up on me. Called back and threaten to call the police and he explains it's their mistake and they will fix it. He said they could have "accidentally" installed a rebuilt compressor. I told him I knew he was lying because it was not a used, rebuilt or new part in fact I could prove from the serial # it was my original compressor. They will lie, cheat and steal do not go here! Take it to a real mechanic. My AC still does not work until this mess is reversed thru my bank.

I went in for a tune up and was very pleased with the service advisor. he was very responsive and friendly. Pricing also seemed reasonable.

NEVER EVER GO HERE... THEY DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ANYTHING.... THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY
