Our Baby -- "Lit'l Blue" -- 2001 SLK -- got her Annual Physical this week! Her oil was changed -- which included a complimentary fluid inspection and safety review -- and she passed Summa Cum Laude! Scotts Auto has been really good to me. Took my car in during summer for AC issues. Noticed AC started blowing warm after a couple week. Took it back into Scotts, and they fixed it same day at no charge to me. Connor was very helpful. Thanks again Scotts Auto!!

I took my previously owned ML 350 in for a B service at 56K miles. They took care to discuss with me what would be done. Mr. Piech, who worked on the car did phenomenal work. I thought the car rode smoothly before I brought it in, but Mr. Piech re-lubed the chassis and now it rides like it came out of the showroom. He also noted that the brake fluid needed replacing, and the difference in braking is noticeable. He let me know things that were fine, but noted item I need to keep an eye on (for example, difference in brake pad wear). It's nice to know I have found a shop where people still take pride in their work. I have already recommended the shop to two of my friends, and I'll be bringing my car here for as long as I own it.

LOVE these guys! They did quality job that five other mechanics wanted 3600-5000. This shop charged me less than half of the total. We essentially had to replace half the engine. Trustworthy and understand that our vehicles are our lifeline to our lives. Very professional, treated my car and myself like family. Screw the other guys, Surprise Auto is my new mechanical home!
