Who knew??? that my transmission was going to give out driving home from Phoenix. This happened on a Sunday afternoon so of course all businesses were closed. I just went in to have my 2007 GMC diesel 2500 Truck serviced and I paid half as much as another facility had quoted me. They found a power steering hose leaking and on top of doing my truck's service they replaced that hose all in less than one day. My truck is now ready to be used to tow my trailer out of town and I feel confident I will have no problems. Thank you to Carla and Isabel and their great technicians. You folks know your stuff! I'll be coming back to you for all my vehicle's needs.... THEY AREN'T JUST A TRANSMISSION SHOP! :)

I took my car into MPG a couple weeks ago for an alignment. They told me they couldn't complete it because my front left strut mount was shot. They would need to replace the strut mount and both front struts, which would cost $825. My struts had just been changed out 18 months before (they didn't think I was smart enough to remember?), so I bought a new left front strut mount (for 20% less than what MPG was going to charge me) at a car parts store, and a friend of mine changed out. Except it didn't need to be changed out. There was nothing wrong with it. Not only did they lie about the whole need for repair--beginning to end--but they wasted a couple hours of my friend's Saturday afternoon. If I could give MPG negative stars, I would.
