Some of these reviews are vicious, and I am here to say they do an excellent job mechanically and I can always take my truck in and they check and rotate my tires for free. They are trustworthy, fast and honest. Plus they have been there forever....a native San Franciscan. whoop whoop

Jay was highly rated, and I was given a casual recommendation through FB. I pulled the trigger and brought in my '06 BMW for some scheduled maintenance. I got my rear brakes done, a coolant flush, and a brake flush. I quoted the same work through the dealer just up the street and Jay came more than 30% cheaper. He dropped me off at work, and also picked me up as well. Now that's service. He sent me pictures of the parts he replaced and kept me updated on the progress. It seems simple that someone would think to do this now, but most don't and I appreciate it. Never felt pressured or pushed. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable about my car. Since he worked at BMW SF for over 17 years, I thoroughly trust him. He is definitely my new go to guy for BMW Service. Thanks!
