Came for oil change even though it was busy my car was finished in a timely manner very pleased bringing my car here for service.

These people have very different vibe than any other shop and I have been to many in my life. They don’t try to upsell you or use some cheep “time pressure” techniques. They honestly look at your car, give you their opinion and very fair price and let you decide what and when you want to fix. I never felt pressured into anything, unlike all other places. I stumbled accross these mechanics through my doughter’s acquaintance and thought to myself at first” another shop we will be testing for a few months untill we get tired of them selling us repairs we don’t need” but do far I have been here about 5 times for various things, I had a very pleasurable experience with both the owner and the young gentleman that works there. Recommend to every body who is tired of being hustled by a money hungry & commission driven people.

The team are excellent people that do great work on BMWs. I trust them with two (well-used) cars and I've never been disappointed in their responsiveness, excellent work quality and very reasonable costs. They are absolute stars. Paul Slaats

I highly recommend this auto car repair facility to anyone. I was referred to this shop by a friend after my 2014 Dodge was having transmission problems. I have limited knowledge of cars, I was fearing the worst. Louis had "best in class" customer service, very honest and straight to the point . Kevin Browning and his team at G & M Auto have been great caretakers of my cars for years. They have provided courteous and comprehensive service, as well as good proactive advice that has helped me to make educated decisions about the necessary repairs and costs involved. They really do own up to their motto "Get it Fixed Right!" and have been very diligent in their problem solving, making sure that everything that was a concern to me had been resolved to my satisfaction. one of the worst feelings as a car owner is when that red "check engine" light appears...ugh. i brought my truck in today knowing that robert & his crew would be honest with me and let me know if any repairs were truly needed. i feared it was my alternator, a very costly repair... turns out it wasnt, and was related to the ignition box which has been replaced earlier that morning. no repairs were needed! big sigh of relief! i continue to give this business my loyalty because i trust them. bonus is that you get a complimentary car wash with your service. win! win! thank you again silver star !!!

Alvin and Paulo are definitely one of a kind. I originally went here for an oil change as yelp had great reviews regarding their service and specializing in Mini's and BMW's. The reviews are true and they provide great service and treat all their customers with integrity. They are not a shop that will tell you your car needs service just to make a buck. They are straight forward and honest in what your car may need and leave the decision up to you. Recently I unfortunately had my Water pump go out. I called A's Garage right away and Alvin stayed after hours to receive my car from the tow truck and even gave me a lift home. Can't say may places would do that. This shop has won me over and this will be where I will surely get all my services from, from now on.

I used to go to a mechanic close to my house and discovered that they usually did not completely fix the problem and kept repeating that my car is old and will not last very long. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity. If and when I have mechanical/car issues, I really stopped worrying because I know and trust Chris and Mike to help me.

I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything.
