I refer everyone I know to Twilight! They do great, quality work at fair prices...but only NECESSARY work! These guys are honest and direct...which I love...and unlike other shops around town, the guys at Twilight try to help me SAVE money rather than telling me my car needs repairs that it doesn't really NEED. A+++!!!

My car stayed several days in that workshop and when I looked for it and arrived at my house it gave me the same problem again, which was supposedly fixed .... I paid for pleasure, I threw away my money that day... Terrible experience

The staff was nice, I went in with a suspected alternator issue but it was a bad battery terminal. It ended up being $500 for a battery replacement and one terminal. I understand the battery is $250 maybe but 129 for labor on a 15-20 minute activity seemed steep, especially since advanced ( and other retailers) would have put the battery in for free. And terminal replacement work is usually 25-50$

Justin and his crew have done work on several of our vehicles, and nothing but the best service. They are very honest and fast, never had much downtime with any of our cars. Highly recommended.

I want to thank Richard and the whole team who worked on my older SLK 320. I travel for work and she has been sitting for the past 2 years. I had her brought in, they diagnosed her needs and provided a written estimate and made recommendations for what was needed. The communication between Richard and I was through phone calls and e-mails as I was out of state the entire time. What a wonderful group of people who take amazing pride in their work. I was so happy when I picked her up and she was road and performance ready! I can’t thank you all enough for the amazing job you did! My "vintage" Class A diesel motorhome has toured beautiful North America from Key West to Fairbanks and Cabo San Lucas to Halifax. I rely on Preventive Maintenance Service to keep the old rig reliable and roadworthy when home in St. Pete. On this year's trip to the Pacific Northwest, one of the Suburban furnaces quit working. Two different service centers in that area worked on it. One didn't have a clue what was wrong. The other gave the furnace Last Rites and wanted to sell me a new one. Once home, the folks at PMS checked it out and found a defective wire which they immediately repaired. The unit works like new. I highly recommend PMS for any of your motorhome/RV maintenance needs. My daughter's truck broke down while at USF and Robert from RJL repaired it quickly for very reasonable cost. I live a few hours from Tampa, so I called him after finding his shop on this website. He even offered to tow her truck if it couldn't make it to the shop. He was honest and only repaired what was broke and did not try to con her into anything more. Thanks Robert, I'll refer all the USF parents I know to your shop from now on.

9/9/17. My daughter trying to decide to leave Tampa got some bad gas and is broke down. I called from Pensacola Fl. and Pernell answered and said he would go see what he can do. I pray for him and my daughter. Time is running out. I wait to hear from him. I pray he can get her car running.

Called Late on a Saturday Night, Came out with in a 1hr, Saved me money on a Tow, got me back and on the road. Honest, Fair pricing and saves me money by coming out to me. I now have them Maintain our Fleet.

Company refuses to honor it's warranty. Their mechanic improperly installed a transmission and they charged to fix his errors. I recently brought in a friend's Nissan Altima to have the transmission replaced and had it charged to my AAMCO Credit Card account. After picking the picking up the auto, the starter made a grinding noise when attempting to start the vehicle. Believing this to be a separate problem I took it to my regular mechanic. He stated that the problem was the screw in the transmission mounting was improperly installed and was causing damage to the starter. We had the car towed to their shop. The manager "Charlie" informed us that since another mechanic looked at the vehicle they would not honor the warranty. This is unacceptable because without having a third party inspect the vehicle how would they be found at fault. It is all around bad business to allow your employees to perform substandard work, and even worse practice not to fix the problem when it does occur.I currently have an open complaint with the better business bureau about the matter.
