Since I was a young boy I've always Loved cars ! I also enjoyed taking things apart (to my parents dismay, at times) and reassembling them, most of the time.
I started my automotive apprenticeship @ Mercedes Motor Works on Westshore Blvd. in Tampa, FL in 1992. I began working at Precision Motor Cars (Now Mercedes-Benz of Tampa) in 1995. Throughout my dealership career, Mercedes-Benz has sent me for ongoing certifications and trainings at their learning centers in Houston, TX and Jacksonville, FL.
I am an ASE Master Technician, Mercedes-Benz Master Technician, Mercedes-Benz Master Service Advisor and until recently, one of two AMG Specialist while at Crown Euro-Cars Inc. in St. Petersburg, FL.

Tune-up / repair / replace
I want to thank Richard and the whole team who worked on my older SLK 320. I travel for work and she has been sitting for the past 2 years. I had her brought in, they diagnosed her needs and provided a written estimate and made recommendations for what was needed. The communication between Richard and I was through phone calls and e-mails as I was out of state the entire time. What a wonderful group of people who take amazing pride in their work. I was so happy when I picked her up and she was road and performance ready! I can’t thank you all enough for the amazing job you did! I highly recommend Richard and his team for anyone needing attention for their MB. Kelly Osborn

Honesty, and Trust. The best I can describe my experiences at Potter's. I thought I needed brakes as I was told at the dealership and Tom told me the Truth it's good. For another 10,000 Miles, where else can you get this honest talk and care ? Not too many places. I have all my Mercedes work done here now. Their expertise and professional attitude why would I go anywhere else?

Mercedes Repair
While on vacation in FL, my "mature" Mercedes C220 was not performing well. I researched options for service and discovered Potter's Precision. From my first contact by phone with Service Adviser Rick, until final service, a secondary minor mirror issue, I would give them a 5 star rating! They were courteous, prompt, talented and wise. They/Steve fixed the performance problem and then the mirror issue with precision! I would highly recommend Potter's Precision. They have a brand new center providing customers a nice space to hang out for the shorter repairs. Best of luck to Tom and the team! Christina Ricci
