Honesty, and Trust. The best I can describe my experiences at Potter's. I thought I needed brakes as I was told at the dealership and Tom told me the Truth it's good. For another 10,000 Miles, where else can you get this honest talk and care ? Not too many places. I have all my Mercedes work done here now. While on vacation in FL, my "mature" Mercedes C220 was not performing well. I researched options for service and discovered Potter's Precision. From my first contact by phone with Service Adviser Rick, until final service, a secondary minor mirror issue, I would give them a 5 star rating! They were courteous, prompt, talented and wise. They/Steve fixed the performance problem and then the mirror issue with precision! I would highly recommend Potter's Precision. They have a brand new center providing customers a nice space to hang out for the shorter repairs. Best of luck to Tom and the team!
