Mufflers repair service near Anaheim, CA

This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. I took my car in to get a catalytic converter changed and when I was on my way home the light went off I tried to call and no one answered no answering machine I tried occasionally until the next morning when he finally answered the phone and he told me he was not going to refund all my money because of a $40 restocking fee of which was not on the invoice posted in his office or told verbally. He was very rude he was very arrogant and very aggressive just short of calling the cops on him. Under no circumstance would I go back. He deals mostly in cash beware

My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!

Very helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They should change their name because they do much more than just tuneups and lube jobs. And, as a bonus, they are quick and friendly. One of the employees even offered to give me a ride there and back when my car had to be kept for a few days.

Not sure I can recommend these place for service! After having many of my Classic Automobiles exhaust done there and recently my Suzuki Samurai with 74,xxx original miles and spending $400 on the entire exhaust. I was suppose to get a call back regarding the warranty on the Cat (Catalytic Converter ODB I) installed in April 2012.. The vehicle has less than 600 miles on it since this was installed.. Never received a call regarding the warranty.. Unhappy customer and potential lost customer in the future because of this..
