Oil change service near Andrus Island, CA

I was way overdue for an oil change and Shaun was able to come to my office and perform the work there. He was really nice and the price wasn't bad!

Honestly, I am impressed with the care Ohana gave to my 2015 Acura RLX with 40,000 miles on it. I have lived in Stockton since 1975 and been to many auto shops over the years. Go in and meet RJ you will find right off the bat he doesn't play games. He only will do work on a vehicle according to the factory maintenance that's required by the manufactures book. I tried to cut corners on the lubricant used he showed me why not to do that and said he could only do it the right way I greatly appreciated the education. I am a very critical person and trust has to be earned with me. Ohana is the only shop I will take my Acura or Chevrolet 3500 Silverado 1 ton Dually to. give them a try they have EARNED my trust their prices are very reasonable too that's always a plus. My Acura is a expensive luxury car and Ohana returned it to me with no oil smears clean and windows washed. I appreciated that very much. very pleased client Michael Gomez

Very understanding to my situation and was able to offer me a drop off and a pick up ride to and from their shop. Very polite and professional. I love going to Clayton Valley Auto Service as Jeff and all those who work there are friendly, knowledgeable and do a very good job. When I had a check engine light Jeff's dad told me right off the top that it could be 4 or 5 different things and they would start out with the least expensive until they found out what the trouble was. I'm still driving that van around 5 years later. I really appreciate the great service they give. They are really great for routine maintenance, and wonderful when I have emergencies.

Watch out for this shop. The owner, Charlie Qu is a hustler. He does not want me to buy my auto parts at Napa Auto. Charlie said that Napa parts are all made in China. I had my client repair her car to Advanced Auto Service to repair AC. Charlie promised my client heaven and earth. It took 2 weeks for Charlie to fix the car and made everyday promises that it was going to be fixed.

I took my car here for what turned out to be a simple, small electrical issue. Instead, Carlos told me I needed a fuel injection flush - one of those things they upsell you too when you go to an oil change place. Only this one cost over $300! Carlos assured me that the problem was resolved. I ended up stranded at the side of a freeway two miles away. I had to get the car towed at a cost of over $150! The solution was easy, took 10 minutes, and cost me nothing at the place I towed it to. When I called Carlos to tell him I was stranded at the side of the freeway because of his poor workmanship, his attitude was dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful. He proceeded to tell me that he doesn't guarantee that his workmanship will fix the problem. Really? Imagine if your doctor treated you that way. Basically, he took my money and did nothing. I get the feeling that this place once was a good shop, but someone got greedy and dishonest. To be certain, Carlos is a good talker. He seems sincere and knowledgeable. But the emphasis here is on SEEMS.
