This place is really good. I love the kind and speedy service they provide here. Even though I had a minor belt problem, the owner, Moe, took a look at my car right away and fixed the belt problem in less than 20 min. I was dreading going to a mechanic but I was recommended to go here and I'm really glad I did!

Our RV needed repairs and we received personal service I never expected. Johnny made sure we knew the what, when, and how much. Plus he sent his son to pick us up. I purchased an older model BMW which began giving me trouble about a year and 2 months after I bought it. I decided not to take it to BMW of El Paso due to trust issues I had previously with them. I searched the web and found Moroni BMW specialist. God's sent if I may add...he's the most professional, honest and truth worthy person on the phase of the earth! He can diagnose the vehicle just by giving him the symptoms. As long as I have this car he will be my BMW specialist, I will not take the car elsewhere but to Moroni.

brought my car to this place for a safety inspection and I had checked my wiper blades 15 minutes before I arrived at this place and they were fine. the inspector said I would need new wiper blades if I wanted my car to pass inspection. He said they were dry rotted and torn. I said I just checked them and they were fine. He showed me the blades and they now each had less than a quarter inch tear on them. I said they were not like that before I brought the car in and he proceeded to tear them more right in front of me. I will be filing a fraud complaint with the state of Texas.

I have taken my 2004 Hyundai Sontana to Gandara's Auto Repair several times before. Back in the last week or so in January 2012, my timing belt broke (which also my check engine light was on). Had the car towed to Ganadaras. I agreed to have the work done which included a used engine with 68000 miles. They replaced all the belts. It seemed like it took them forever to fix it. I was also told that the clutch needed to be replaced, I havent had it replaced since I bought the car used a few years ago. Since picking up the car early this week Feb 2012 I have had to take my car back twice. The first time was because the check engine light came on. Second time was because the gas pedal would stick for a few mins. Now I will be taking the car back this week, the car is leaking small amounts of oil and the check engine light is on for the second time since they fixed. Hopefully after taking it back this week there wont be anymore probelms. If I have anymore probelms with my car I wont be taking the car back there. Should of taken the car to the dealership.

They charge for labor, $100.00 and, then check engine light came on. Not Happy. IT took him 20 minutes to install the part, I watched him.

I had used this facility for prior oil changes, along with radiator flush/fill. I use synthetic oil, but always buy 5qt container and take it with me. They always charged me regular oil change price, -$2.00 for bringing my own oil, which is what most places do. I went for another oil change and was told would be $75 since synthetic. First time this has ever happened. I questioned the man again, stating I always pay regular oil change price with the $2.00 discount for providing my own oil. He refused, stating is synthetic so price is higher. I will NEVER return to Mister Car Wash again.

Visited this location today (08/02/13), found the manger (Kurt, according to his shirt name tag), lacking in customer service or manners. As I arrived, the manager came to my car, neither a greeting or how can we help you offered. I offered my "passbook" to him, he did not acknowledged or take from my hand. After a few minutes, I placed it on dash near the odometer, when he told me to go to the waiting room. He made a big scene about not giving him the passbook. He continued to argue with me in the waiting area in front of about 5 or 6 customers, after he went to my car and found the passbook where I told I had placed it. I asked him if he was going to argue with a customer, he preceded to state that I did not give him the passbook. Will not go back and will encourage others to do the same. Spend too much money too be yelled at.

I took my 2003 Xterra to Rialto Lube and spoke with the owner Raul Jayme, he advised me my timing belt was broken and it was a cost 1200 for repairs. He looked up the trucks Blue Book value and told me I should consider getting a new car because it wasn't worth fixing. He then said he knew of a junkyard that would give me $700 for my troubles. I trusted Raul because I used to be his sons Pre-K teacher many years ago and have done buisness with him since,so I proceeded with the plan to sell my truck to the junkyard or so I thought. He gave me $700 and told me not to worry about the towing. A few days later I went back and asked for my license plates he told me my truck was no longer there. Two months later right in front of his shop my own truck that was deemed worthless and unworthy of fixing and fit for the junkyard in his eyes was for sale and it still had my plates !!! I had a friend fake interest in the truck and he told her if she would buy it he would give her a year free maintenance!!! I then see it on Craigslist where it says it's in excellent condition and it's selling for 3995. I confronted him on the situation and he points blame on an employee saying that he wanted the car for his wife and so he sold it to him. He said he was not a thief and he offered to sell me my truck back in payments and show me receipts on the parts for repairs, but then he said what about my employees labor after they told me that he would fix it on his spare time for his wife. He also offered me services for my current car which cost 3800 compared to the 1200 to repair my truck which I had. No thank you!! When I got my current car he gave me a free oil change and told me to save my for my kid he certainly did not care about that when I had to beg for rides and scrape up money for a new car! THANKS Raul for the experience I now know a business man will always be a business man and history means nothing! Moral of the story always get a second opinion!!!

Very disappointing the service from Top Tech, I trusted them twice and was let down, asking them to fix the stop engine light, and what ever it needed, payed good money, it came out that the light was still on, I was not using the vehicle that often because of illness. Took back to them, that wanted to say it was something else for the same problem, told me they would make it good and then charge me again, well the stop engine light came on again the same diagnostic and now it seems that want to charge again and say it something else. my trust in them went out the window, be careful. this all happen in less than a 90 day window!
