Body Paint Jeep 2015

Body repair

Took my 2016 Dodge 1500 to them they took a 48 days to repair the truck then they put doors from a 2010 one ton dodge on my brand new truck that is only 4 months old which I took to my dodge dealer cause when i got the truck back the check engine light was on but my dealer refused to fix cause by not putting on the proper doors he voided my warranty. The back door has chiped paint all over cause the door does not fit right and vibrates causing more damge and when you shut the back door glass falls out the bottom.

Dodge Grand Caravan Crew Collision Repair

From The very first phone conversation with Brian, he completely showed the idealistic professional. From start to finish he was very informative, knowledgeable, caring, considerate, and completely honest about the entire process to include each step that was going to happen, when they were going to happen, about how long each one was going to take, and the time frame of when my vehicle was going to be completed and ready for me to pick up. Brian made it apparent from the moment that I first talked to him face to face that he valued each and every one of his customers. For these and many other reasons I would highly recommend Xpress to anyone. I know I will be retuning to them if I ever need their services again.

restore 1976 land cruiser

Drove in my 76 Land Cruiser for restoration. Was told 3-4 weeks. Delay after delay. It is all torn apart now. Almost 6 months of broken promises and now they won't return calls. Very sad.

Acura Body work

If I could give this shop a negative number of stars, I would. Very unprofessional. Was verbally attacked by Peter. Was yelled at over the phone by Brenda M. My vehicle was kept an extra day. The job was super sloppy and incomplete. They failed/forgot to replace a part included in my estimate. When I inquired about it, Brenda yelled at me saying I didn't know how to read my estimate and that the part was not included. Luis, the owner, took my car in, verified my estimate, but then left out of town. I had to take my vehicle back twice for "clean up". After Luis came back and was at the shop to take a look at the sloppy work, he said it would need to be redone. This was after Peter had verbally attacked me saying I had a "bad attitude" for taking my vehicle back. In the end, I had to file an additional insurance claim for "vandalism" which covered the mess they made of my vehicle and I took it to a reputable place. Beware of this place. I wouldnt recommend it to even my worst enemy. It was an awful experience!

Civic Auto Body

The owner personally looked at my car, gave an honest estimate and fixed my baby up all for a very reasonable price. I drive a 97 Honda Civic and it was pretty beat up. I got into a fender bender, and he suggested we get after-market products to save on the over-all charges since I was paying out of pocket. I finally found a shop I can trust. When I'm done driving my beater car, I'll still bring my BMW's or Mercedes cars here.
