Great Service!

This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. Before they charged me for the tire they took a look to see if it was repairable. Thanks guys!! Darcie Ragans

These guys are awesome Francisco has the best customer service he's staying after closing to solve a problem with my dad's ac. The cost isn't worth staying after but he goes above and beyond. This is my new place to bring my truck and refer my friends and family to, not only is it low priced service they are also honest. This place is a scam and rip me off.... took my car in for not starting. they piggy back a connector to my fuel pump relay and charged me for something that it was not even replaced!!!! found out from another shop when the car have the same issues and symptoms. DON'T TAKE TO THIS PLACE!!! call them and never call me back. DO NOT TAKE TO THIS PLACE!! THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF THE OWNER IS A CROOK!!!

I recently brought my car in to Chuck Mercier Union 76 because it didn't pass the smog test. I spoke with Gary, and told him my situation. He was more than willing to help me out. He fixed the problem and my car ended up passing the smog test. He is very smart, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to cars. My family and I have been coming to this place for years and the service has been nothing but wonderful! If anyone is trying to find a good mechanic, try this place out. You won't regret it.

The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well. Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. They sent me a diagnostic of the whole car with pictures identifying the problem. Excellent service and great repair. A+++++ Jodi B.

You can buy a toaster at Target or Walmart or Kmart. At either place you will walk away with a toaster that does the job. And it's mostly about getting a better price. Other things in life, like having a dentist, plumber, doctor ... or mechanic ... are about relationships and value (quality versus cost). Many people know that referrals are the best way to find these connections. And once we've found one of these connections, we're very likely to keep it for the long-term. I found my mechanic ... it's Bruce's Automotive.

I do most of my automotive service myself. What I don't do, or can't do, goes to the few places I trust. Harbor Brake Service is a place I trust, and have for years even back in the days of Fred and Wayne Lebsack. Evan -- the current owner -- maintains the tradition of honesty and fairness. He will tell you when something truly needs to be done, and he'll let you know when something can wait. His prices are competitive and excellent for the quality. I've had brakes done, along with occasional suspension work, and it is the absolute only place I will go for an alignment. He will work with you to arrange a convenient appointment, and works fast. Other than being a longtime satisfied customer, I have no connection with Harbor Brake. I consider it one of the best automotive service centers in the entire county. You won't be disappointed.

I CANNOT express enough how grateful the guys at American Tire Depot have been to me. As a single woman who knows virtually nothing about cars, I am so grateful to these gentlemen who have treated me in the same manner that I know they would want someone to treat their mothers, wives or sisters. They have kept my older car running and pieced together many times without overcharging or even charging me (for the small things) at all. I've also seen them do the same for men as well. I brought my 2007 VW Jetta in to Volkswagen Santa Monica with serious brake issues. Their estimate for "Premature Rotor Damage" was over $1000. I took it over to AE German, and had it fixed quickly for nearly half the price. I will be coming back next time I need a mechanic and stop waiting my time with over priced cheaters.

My first visit for maintenance after my Mercedes warranty expired. The experience was overwhelmingly positive. Herbert has a professional calmness that exudes knowledge and confidence. You are immediately aware that you and your car are in good hands. Herbert's fees are fair and he will tell you exactly what your car needs- and perhaps more importantly, what your vehicle does not need.
