I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. I used to go to a mechanic close to my house and discovered that they usually did not completely fix the problem and kept repeating that my car is old and will not last very long. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity. If and when I have mechanical/car issues, I really stopped worrying because I know and trust Chris and Mike to help me.

Don't sign anything before you can get the car checked out, if not make sure you get the Contract Cancellation if not they will want you to pay $1,300 for a restocking fee. All of my paperwork was not even completed but they wanted me to pay this all in cash , so I had to agree to them replacing the brakes and tires. Days later I had a flat on the "new" tire, so if you are looking for reliable transportation this is not the place. The cars may look nice, and the test drive may go well, but you may end up driving off with no brakes (%5) and no tread on the tires, dispite how nice, and clean the appear to look. Double check the contract before signing they added money on the cost of the car listed, and it did not come with everything listed.

Just having a couple of customers a day helped him pay the bills and his recently purchased home. In 1992 his amount of customers grew and was able to open his official licensed auto repair facility in the city of Hawthorne CA, for the next 5 years the businesses boomed from one bay to a 3 bay, 1500 square foot facility, not having enough room he was forced to move to a 2500 square shop in Inglewood, CA. Ten years later he moved to 1129 S. La Brea. Inglewood CA. with 10,000 square foot lot and 4 employees Universal Auto Service still offers great prices and an awesome customer service.

Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! Ray and his crew at Solo Tire Pros are great. I've purchased at least 6 sets of tires from them over the past 8 years. They did a fantastic job with both my SUV and my wife's car.
