Took my daughter's 1994 Mitsubishi Mirage to 5-Points Shell on Beach & Ellis. Service was fabulous. The Mechanic, Mike, fixed an Oil Leak with New valve Cover gasket; replaced all 4 brakes and turned drums, master cylinder, replaced front brake lines changed Plugs, Oil, and Filter. The price was spot on the estimate, and resonable. The people there are, nice, helpful, friendly and honest. I thought this kind of service went away back in the 60's. I can't say enough. Thank you!

Joey is excellent! He is quick and accurate when diagnosing your car and explains everything very thoroughly. I've had issues on the road before and contacted him at odd hours and he responded quickly! Which shows he just isn't in the business to get your repair money he is genuinely concerned and wants to keep your car running great. My wife’s expedition blew a heater hose while at Coffee Bean with steam coming out from under the hood she drove next door to American Tire. The guys “T” as in Mr. T was very helpful, even assisting her a tow to the dealer through AAA (garages don’t typically assist you going elsewhere, but they were helpful). Upon arriving to assess the problem I realized the “new” heater hoses are not hoses at all but rather multisegment manifolds. I felt comfortable with everything explained, they confirmed that the parts were available and it would be done by the end of day and it was. Very happy with the service and how we were treated. 5 star all the way!
