Robert is a top notch professional. He showed up on time, let me know what he was going to do, and when he would be finished. He even checked with me a couple times along the way to ensure he was doing the work I wanted him to do and did not try to steer me toward higher priced options that he thought would show little to no benefit. My car looked like it had been to Hell and back, but with Robert's magic, it looks almost new! I would highly recommend his services to anyone who wants his or her car detailed with extreme care. I brought in my 1987 Dodge B150 van. Yes, a really old van that wouldn't pass smog. A "gross polluter" per the smog shop. Michele and Dennis worked on my car diligently to figure out what the issue was. Turns out the timing was way off. After 2nd smog test, the van no.'s were really good to a low emissions vehicle. Yeah! Dennis also pointed out that my steering column was very loose. In the past, I've been told that the whole steering column needs to be replaced. But here at GF Automotive, it might be repaired, saving me a whole lot of money. GF is an honest auto mechanic shop. Hard to come by these days. Thank you Michele and Dennis for all your help!

007 mb e350 I have been to these guys two times and both times they handled my car and service with amazing care and detail. First time was for a service check up and their price was unbeatable by anyone within a 10 to 20 miles radius. Second time my car would not start when it was cold in the morning. So I took it to them and after having a diagnostic, turned out my crankshaft sensor was no good. They fixed and teat everything and so far the car runs amazing. Will check back within a week to see if any more problems shows up. Thanks autowerk eurpean definitely my go to guys!

Had my car detailing done at Mr Detail Plus in Hayward. They did a clay wax on the body and fixed curb rash in few of the rims. Fixing the rims took a bit longer than promised, so the guys did a nice complementary interior cleaning and leather treatment. Great job, reasonable price, and really nice folks.

This place is GREAT!!! Bo and Todd are so nice and helpful. They did not try to overcharge me like some places and I really appreciate that. I'm so glad I've found a good mechanic and I will be sure to recommend my friends.

My boss referred me to Ignacio Auto a while back, so I finally went a couple of years ago and really liked them a lot. I always hated having to go to a mechanics to do get anything done with my car. Personally I think Im a bit ignorant when it comes to the workings of a vehicle but I do know when something might be wrong just by the sound and feel of the car Im driving. I've always felt that other mechanics try to get me to approve unnecessary work to be done so they can charge a lot just because Im female. The first time I went to Ron and Marcel, I felt like Ron really listened to what I believed was the issue. He had Marcel take a look and sure enough I was correct. They didnt try to sell me more than what was necessary, which I appreciated. Ive taken my car there a few more times since then and Ron always explains things to me in way that I can understand. I find them to be very fair in price and feel they are an honest business. I had my son go to him for his car needs and recommend him to all my friends and family.

I brought my BMW into Holland to assess an issue that I was having with my transmission. After the assessment, Holland said that I needed a new transmission, which would cost approximately $8,000.00. I got a 2nd opinion from another repair shop and they said that Holland was grossly incorrect and that my problem was only a minor computer issue. It was an easy fix, my car runs fine now, and the cost was a hundred bucks. I am terribly upset that Holland presumed that I should replace my entire transmission and spend $8000 when it was only a small issue with my car computer that should have been diagnosed correctly in the first place. I trusted Holland and I was misled.

I had problem with the engine with my Mercedes and was cautioned about visiting a dealership. A friend recommended this shop and I drove there .Although it was far from San Jose I am glad I did that . They did a good job and fast and were very courteous... I am very happy with their workmanship and reasonable prices. I just wanted to share my good experience with everyone. Two thumbs up! Azar S.
