I brought my BMW into Holland to assess an issue that I was having with my transmission. After the assessment, Holland said that I needed a new transmission, which would cost approximately $8,000.00. I got a 2nd opinion from another repair shop and they said that Holland was grossly incorrect and that my problem was only a minor computer issue. It was an easy fix, my car runs fine now, and the cost was a hundred bucks. I am terribly upset that Holland presumed that I should replace my entire transmission and spend $8000 when it was only a small issue with my car computer that should have been diagnosed correctly in the first place. I trusted Holland and I was misled.

I brought my BMW in for a diagnosis of a transmission problem I was having. Holland told me that I needed a new transmission costing around $7-8,000. It was a 2002 model, so it was not worth spending that amount of money. But, besides that, the car ran perfectly. It was the only issue. Instead, I took it to my local shop for a 2nd opinion, and they said it was just a computer issue. It was fixed and the car runs perfectly. The cost: $100. I feel I was taken advantage of, and I wonder how many more customers this has happened to. This was a horrendous misdiagnosis. Agreed?

great to work with. while the job took multiple visits to complete, what made holland different is the level of collaboration and care with car owner to get to the root of the problem. i had a positive relationship with holland where we can be straightforward and fair with each other

The person assigned to my vehicle kept me updated throughout the day while my car was being serviced. They both asked and used my preferred method of communication (email in my case). Holland offered a free ride to my local place of work while my car was in the shop. Additionally they were accommodating of a slightly late pickup time as I was late getting out of work. Overall very responsive, great service both for me and my vehicle.

The folks at this shop either know exactly what the solution is or will know how to find it quickly. Shawn and the front desk staff will get back to you immediately and are always trying to make your time at the shop as little as possible.

While an expensive job since Holland had to rebuild a lot of the engine for access to replace the gasket, the follow up when new issues arose was very good. When they couldn't resolve the issues, they had the other Holland look at it for better perspective. The customer service is top notch by Shawn Albin. He's always courteous, solutions oriented and pleasant to worth with.

I will give Holland Car Care Shawn and Brian my recommendation. I have been taking my BMW here, and the service is phenomenal. They're always professional, honest and transparent.
