Hubert has always been good on communicating with me and telling me when something is not needed. I moved to the south bay over 10 years ago and he's always been my 1st call for any of our auto needs. I highly recommend. They specialize in Amsoil and that all I run on my wife's Honda and my F350. Don't get me wrong they have a vary of supplies.

The service at Rick's was terrific! I was on my way to take my son back to UC Irvine from Agoura when my battery and engine lights came on. It turns out I needed a new alternator and belts. Rick went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He fixed my car promptly which enabled me to get my son back to UCI to attend class that afternoon. The owner, Glen, really knows about taking care of your customers. I didn't know what to expect from an independent BMW repair shop. My factory and extended warranty ran out and I needed a starter replaced and the dealer quoted an arm and a leg! On Sunday evening I left a voice message requesting a quote for the service to my car. I immediately received a text message with a quote early Monday morning. Ruben was not just genuinely a cool guy but very straight forward and open about the quote and diagnostic. The prices beat the other repair shops' I contacted and the experience was way better than what I experienced at the dealer. I even received video clips of him showing me how he replaced the starter and other steps. Honesty, no gimmicks, the best price I explored, great customer service, and I will definitely continue my servicing needs here

I went to Walter and his shop which is called Select Auto Tech in Burbank CA. I got my engine rebuilt and he did a super job. Very happy with this mechanic.

I recently brought my car in to Chuck Mercier Union 76 because it didn't pass the smog test. I spoke with Gary, and told him my situation. He was more than willing to help me out. He fixed the problem and my car ended up passing the smog test. He is very smart, knowledgeable, and professional when it comes to cars. My family and I have been coming to this place for years and the service has been nothing but wonderful! If anyone is trying to find a good mechanic, try this place out. You won't regret it.

The staff was friendly and performed the alignment check quickly. I was concerned about possible frame damage on a used car that I was considering purchasing and they directly addressed my concern about that issue instead of simply telling me the car was aligned well. It was my first time going to The Great American Auto Center in Burbank and the reason I chose this Auto Center was because of so many good reviews I saw about Mr. John the owner of this Auto Center. I had a few deep scratches on my Honda Accord. John greeted me with a friendly smile and answered and explained to me in plain English how he would repair these scratches. John looked courteous and honest, and right off the bat he said to me that he will fix my car scratches at no cost to me because I'm a retired person, and I was amazed when I heard that. While I was waiting in his auto center, he spend about an hour repairing the deep scratches and touch up paints and the work he did looked great. I tipped him some but he didn't wanna accept the tip from me either. Mr. John is amazing and nicest guy in this type of business I've ever met. He's very professional and knows his work.
