Tom and the gang at PV Garage have performed services on my wife's Mercedes ... cleaning out a nasty rat's nest under the hood and repairing the wires they chewed through ... and most recently a brake job on my GMC Yukon. This is the place I will return again and again! I am very impressed on how they handle the entire process of my car trouble. I was changing out my drive belt and ac belt, not only their price was more than reasonable but their work was spot on! I was able to get in and out fast. Also ask for an oil change while I’m there and it was not a long wait at all! They were upfront about the cost and give me a detailed break down. They also warned me about taxes and fees that may apply later at check out. No hidden cost that will surprise you later. Jaclyn and her team are the best. I have 3 cars that I bring to her for all the services and they do an outstanding job. Just recently I brought a vehicle in for a major repair and I was leaving on a business trip. Once the repairs were made, Jaclyn drove it up to my home in San Francisco to personally deliver it to my wife while I was away. Now that's top notch customer service.
