Excellent customer service at this American Tire Depot, I didn't had no problem at the first tire depot in Torrance on Hawthorne Blvd when I purchase my tire set but after today I'm really disapointed I called a appt for my tires to be rotated the guy was able to give me the appt the same day I was happy but meanwhile my truck was getting a oil change @ the dealership which took almost 2hrs instead of 1hr so made me late to my appt at American tire depot in Torrance so I get there and the guy didn't want to help me at all because it was almost 3 o'clock and had 4 cars ahead of me. I wouldn't mind to wait but he didn't even offer me. Instead he wanted to give me an appt for tomorrow, so I started calling all the American Tire depot around my area and found me the 1 in Hawthorne in Rosecrans Ave the guy who answer my called told me to come in and was going to help me with my rotation and they sure did help me ASAP when I got there and was out in less then a 1hr thank you guys so so so much for your help. Decided to give this repair shop a chance since it's close to my house. The facility was clean and the manager Jonathan was very courteous. Oil change was done in reasonable time and price was great since I was able to use coupon. Jonathan was patient enough to answer any dumb questions I had after the service. Great shop!

Clean, fast, best price in town.

Within a 2 week period, 3 of my 4 tires had nails and screws found in them. I had to purchase a new tire for the first situation. The following week I had to make another visit for damage done to 2 other tires. They heard about my belief as to why I am experiencing this. Fixed the problem tires and sent me on my way..... NO CHARGE! They made a bad situation into a situation where I could be grateful for something. Thank you so much to the manager of Hermosa Beach American Tire Depot. It meant a lot!! I will be back! I am writing this review as a warning or caution to those who are considering taking their vehicle to this particular shop. I am a nearly 60 year old professional who has been a loyal customer of Midas for many years. I usually take my vehicle to the shop in Mission Viejo but for the past couple of years or so have been taking it to the Lake Forest location. In the past I have always dealt with the manager, Marcos, who was polite, professional and helpful. I wish he was still there. I recently had an issue with my taillight/blinker not working and I brought my vehicle to the Lake Forest Midas. I was told the electrical plate the bulbs plug into needed to be replaced, which seemed reasonable and the repair was made. Since that plate has been replaced by this shop, I have had to bring my vehicle back several times because the same taillight would stop working. I tried to explain to "Manny" that the problem is most likely a short or loose connection with the electrical plate they replaced. Manny could not have been any less interested in what I had to say, would talk over me and at one point told me they "don't do electrical", although their Whitepages advertisement states they do. The very next day, after one of my several trips back, my battery was completely drained. I tried to explain to Manny there must be a short or loose connection but again he just talked over me and dismissed anything I said. Manny told me I needed a new battery and $200.00 later sent me on my way. The SAME taillight went out again and again Manny was rude and not interested in helping me but said he would have his mechanic take a look. When I picked up my vehicle Manny was not around and the mechanic, who was actually nice and apologetic, told me no one ever told him about the electrical plate they had replaced, so he re-worked all the connections and sent me on my way. Long story short, taillight went out again and when I tap it with my hand, it goes back on, indicating a short or loose wire. I brought my vehicle back today and told Manny what was happening. Again, he could not have been any less professional or helpful and REFUSED to complete the repairs his shop initiated. I asked for the District Managers phone number and Manny told me he is the "Owner" and they would just have me call him anyway. I told Manny I would still like the number and he wrote down a number that actually connects to Equifax. Dishonest ? Disgruntled ? who knows ... hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else ... good luck.

I have been coming to Advanced Automotive for a number of years now. Vic and his staff are the most trusted Auto Repair Shop in Southern California for my money. I work in The Automotive Repair Industry and This is the shop I go to and refer all my friends to. 2 weeks ago I had an issue, bent a rim and damaged a tire. I was able to bring the car in And get it repaired correctly and without any Problems. They deliver beyond 5 star service. Here's what you need and why. I dropped the car off and say fix what you Find. I pay when I pick it up. Shady shop in Glendale must avoid. I went in for some new tires. They continuously changed the price quote and switched tire brands. They insisted that I need an alignment and new control arm bushings or they won't provide warranty on the new tires. I allowed them to change the bushings and do an alignment and after a couple of days the car drives terribly. It pulls to either right or left side at highway speeds and intermittently there is a wobble on the front right wheel side. I took the car back and after their "mechanic" test drove they tell me I need new brake rotors and need new brake system. This is so bogus because when they worked on my car initially they said everything is fine we checked brakes, etc, etc, etc. My car was driving fine before they worked on my car! I just needed new tires. So now my car has a wobble and alignment is off and they wont fix the work they did. They want to charge me for more things that I don't need instead of replacing the cheap aftermarket bushings they put in. Really sad just avoid this place. Just let them fix your flat tires nothing more. CHECK THEIR BBB! ALL THEIR STORES HAVE 'F' RATING AND THE GLENDALE LOCATION DOES NOT EVEN HAVE BBB! How is this shop still open I have no idea...
