Great Customer Service
I was coming home from out of town and found out my car had a dead battery. I called up AAA and they sent AM Towing out who said I needed a new battery and they replaced it no problem. However, the next day my dashboards lights were on for multiple items. I was leaving the Hermosa Animal Hospital across the street and pulled in for help. They were absolutely amazing. Not only did they immediately check all relevant caution lights, they topped off my fluid, checked all tires and added air where necessary! The owner then took the time to explain to me that a new battery should have never been put in since my car was less than 3 years old. In the end when I tried to pay they said not to worry about it but after pushing (because it was their time), they charged me the fairest price. I will definitely go back to this locally owned business and I recommend everyone do the same! Alex S. Torrance, CA

Mercedes Mechanic
Finally a mechanic for Mercedes that I can rely on 100%. I never had any issues with repairs here and the staff is very knowledgeable. I have since sold my MB but would highly endorse them for anyone who needs consistent and trustworthy car service.

Knowledgeable Mechanic
It's difficult to find a Mechanic who is as knowledgeable as Dr. Vasken. The work he does is just amazing. For example, most mechanics just read the codes for a check engine light, but that does not always fix the problem. Vasken can recognize the underlying issues. He gets it fixed right the first time without having to do unneeded work. Another example is with A service. The dealer wants to change everything and make as much money as possible, but Vasken always explains what is needed and what is not. Many times there are parts that do not need to be replaced. That's what i love about Dr. Auto Tech. They are honest, thorough and always explain what needs to be done and what doesn't. Also did I mention they are fast? In and out the same day in most cases. If you are driving in Los Angeles it is essential that you keep your car well maintained with regular service. I have relied on Dr. Auto Tech to keep my 15-year-old car in great operating condition. I count on them to do both regular maintenances and also handle more complex issues that arise in older cars. Best Land Rover Mechanic
I live in Las Vegas and so far cannot find an independent Land Rover repair shop. Watching a couple of DIY videos on youtube for my 2002 Land Rover D2 came across a video about Dr Auto Tech in South Bay. So I dialed the number to see if they can help me diagnos a engine code on my truck immediately after taking to counter person he politely put me on hold to talk to a technician. Technician was able to pin point the problem over the phone suggested the proper repair. Other shops will just tell bring it here in the shop. Very professional and friendly service I will definitely recommend and when I make a trip there to thank them. Ed P Pan
