I ordered an in-dash system to be installed and charged materials plus labor on my credit card. I scheduled installation for several days later. The next day, I changed my mind and cancelled the order, but JT refused to credit back my credit card for over $1000. I am still trying to get my money back. This is not an ethical company, folks. I would avoid them unless you like to donate your money to them and get nothing in return.

This is a mobile service and it was a terrible experience for me. It took three attempts to install the alarm because he didn't have the correct parts. The alarm goes off whenever someone touches the car. All I wanted was an alarm that goes off when the doors are opened. I wish I had went to the dealer. I would have paid a high price, but I would have gotten what I wanted.
