I've been looking for a new doctor for our family's cars. Tho' it was one experience, these guys impressed me with knowledge and even educated me on my truck's sickness to allow me to make a proper decision. No sales. The tech that looked under the hood and diagnosed even noted an oil pan leak which they fixed with sealant at no cost (tho' I was getting ready to pay them for a bigger ticket item). They seem relational and fully aware of the "good Yelp"...which is very smart and forward-thinking. I will bring more cars to them, as such. Joshua G. San Diego, CA

I hope it can be fixed but so far it isn't good. I came in for my truck barely going over 20mph even when hitting the gas pedal and after a few months it still has the same problem. What should I do?

Great Service, Great Price. Quality is legitimate, staff is knowledgable, Service has INCLUDED extended warranty, on service and parts performed by JCM. Multiple Lifts in Garage, Fully equipped with toolsets as well as various specialty tools. EXPECTED repair cost by me: $500+ ACTUAL repair cost by JCM $50. Owner Jeff is very knowledgable of mechanics, as well as his staff of mechanics that know a great amount about the work they do. The VERY BEST PRICE. JCM uses quality Japanese parts, and at virtually cost prices. There are some reviews that post negative remarks however, I did not experience those types of behavior during my visits here. Once again, honest, willing to "hang in there" for a "fantom" problem until finally, after three weeks, identified as the starter. Once again, they are honest, reasonable in costs, and willing to keep at it until the true problem is identified. One of the best mechanic groups I have had the privilege to have work on my cars. I've been going here for a bit now since I moved into the area and don't plan on going anywhere else. No-pressure shop that's owned and operated by car guys who combine their passion with their work and are there to help you with whatever you throw their way.Turnaround time has always been as-quoted or sooner, prices are great, employees are super friendly (Steve is all smiles all the time), and I've always gotten great recommendations from them for things they don't specialize in. Definitely worthy of 5 stars!
