Service Provided

Once again, honest, willing to "hang in there" for a "fantom" problem until finally, after three weeks, identified as the starter. Once again, they are honest, reasonable in costs, and willing to keep at it until the true problem is identified. One of the best mechanic groups I have had the privilege to have work on my cars. Absolutely the "BEST"!!!

I brought my car in for an oil change and check up, and was treated well. Josh quickly researched the proper oil and filter needed for my 2001 Jaguar, charged a reasonable price and the car was ready when promised. Also, his quotes on additional work that was required was no surprise and matched what the Jaguar dealer had told me previously, although the dealer's price was higher. I will go back for future service.

Brake problem fully explained to me. I had peace about proceeding with the repair. I've been taking my cars to Ken's Auto for over ten years. Always excellent service. As a single woman, I trust Ken and his Manager Josh and their technicians. Jillian at the front desk is also knowledgeable, friendly, and car savvy. They are all a great team. You can trust them.

I took my motor in to have the #3 cylinder heli coil and the rear main seal replaced. They replaced the #3 cylinder heli coil and found the #4 cylinder also had a heli coil and it as well needed to be replaced. When replacing the rear main seal they noticed the gland nut would not torque past 80 ft lbs so they replace that as well. They did a very well job.

Josh knowledgeable and provided good input on the phone and in person once brought my Audi A6 in for the work to be done. Josh also kept me up to speed with job status. The work done was done well, quality parts used and the final cost significantly below dealer cost.
