We went through 3 different mechanics including the Mercedes Service Department before going to Gold Star. Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!

This place was busy right away this morning when I arrived. Still they were able to squeeze me in. I thought I need a tire patched as it was flat. Ends up it was only a bad valve stem. They switched it out in no time and didn't t even charge. I was pretty surprised and quite speechless. Thanks a lot guys. Came here for the first time a few months ago, just taking a chance a bit skeptical but the owner Souk quickly put my nerves and worries at ease, he was cool and easy to talk to and he seamed to care more about me as a customer and less about my money. We were referred to Mitch at Schneider's Auto Repair by a family member who has had nothing but good things to say about them. We have taken our cars to Schneider's for the past couple years and have received excellent service from them. The customer service department was extremely courteous to us each and every time. I have referred friends and family to them and will continue to do so!

I was a customer of A and D for many years. Having a mechanic you can trust is equally as important as having a good mechanic. I had my car serviced at GMC for the time I was still under warranty and yet they still would find ways to milk money out of me. I decided to go back to my trustworthy A and D because I trusted them to be honest with me and not try to charge me for services I didn't need or they didn't do. I throughly enjoyed Dave and his pups. He is one of the nicest, most genuine and knowledgeable people I have ever met. I say "was", because I have since moved away from the area. Trying to find a good mechanic in my new town has proven a tiresome process. I have yet to find anyone who even compares to the service I received at A and D. I still come to town to visit family and I still take my car to be serviced there while I am in town. I just hope nothing major goes on with my car because a tow ride to his shop 300 miles away would be an expensive one, but probably worth it.

Robert and Ricardo went above and beyond my expectations. I wanted to compare the Yokohama and Nitto tires side by side in person so I asked if I can order both tires and decide from there. No problem with a big smile was the answer I got and they had both tires at the store within a couple of hours and installed them that same day. They drove me home and picked me up when it was all done. They had the lowest price in Valencia who had good performance tire brand and sizes I wanted in stock plus "REBATES". I went back the next day and purchased another set of Hankook tires and once again, I wasn't sure if I should get the V12 or S1s. So they ordered both for me again and I decided to go for the V12s. To be able to compare 4 sets of tires side by side and only buy 2 sets without a deposit is unheard of these days unless the shop is confident that they can sell anything and everything the customer wants to see. I will surely be back just for this reason alone. If you're picky and love premium hi-end performance tires, then this is the shop for you. They surely have all the good stuff and the shop is definitely capable. A lot of negative reviews here and yet people keep on coming. They're busy for a reason. So go figure. Don de los Reyes

First and foremost Sean is really good at fixing cars!! He knows his stuff. His way of explaining the mechanics makes me feel at ease because I can actually follow. Though his auto mechanical IQ is as strong as anybody else's, it's Sean's integrity and laid-back professionalism that sets him apart in his industry. Sean will NEVER make you feel like your being taken advantage of and He will always tell you the truth...always. Also, his prices are extremely reasonable. I have been using Sean for several years and will continue to do so. I recommend him to anyone.

I had backed into a curb and twisted my muffler. It was leaking exhaust and making quite a racket. The Tru-Line guys assessed the problem and got me same day over to a great muffler shop to get it fixed up. So technically they didn't repair it, but they diagnosed it and got me taken care of with a great muffler shop. Great service. Quick. I'd go back again.
