Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost. They sent me a diagnostic of the whole car with pictures identifying the problem. Excellent service and great repair. A+++++ Jodi B.

This place is awesome. I was looking for a place near me that could perform an alignment on my 2007 Ford escape. The manager there (Don) gave me a great deal, presented me with excellent customer service and treated me like a human being. I've gone to Precision Import Auto Repair for about seven years now, so it's not my first time dealing with this company. I can say they're very dependable. The whole team, particularly Mano and Mike, are excellent people to take care of any situation. They are very trustworthy and repair things until it is finished to perfection. They allow customers to speak out their minds so they can include it into their final evaluation. Their prices are very reasonable.

I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! This company doesn’t take responsibility for damage caused by negligence of their mechanics. After four tows back and forth to their shop and a fifth to the shop that actually fixed the problem they don’t want to pay for what it costs to fix what was damaged caused at their shop, instead just want to offer a refund. This is like if they didn’t fix your brakes properly and you crash, they would just offer a refund on the brake job and not the damage caused by their negligence. It cost $650 to repair what their mechanic messed up and they want to offer me a $380 refund. Be aware, this company takes no responsibility for their actions. Off to small claims I go...
