We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. Went to get my A /C recharged. The guy tells me that it's holding pressure, but two valves are leaking. (What?). Tell's me my cabin filter is totally clogged. ( Just changed it two months ago, checked in parking lot after they were done, it wasn't ) $330 later, he tells me it is working fine now and is 32 degrees colder, but I won't notice today because it's not that warm out. I was watching these guys working on my car, when they were supposedly working, and I really don't think they did a thing. I would not take any vehicle here again, in fact I would like to take them to small claims court. They are committing fraud in my opinion. BEWARE!!!

This was the only place that can get my tire on the fly. I have a tire size that's hard to find quickly and The pricing was perfect. The service was great!! And pretty quick. I came in today and will be back in a few weeks for more work. I had a screw that was in a very bad area of my tire preventing it to be repaired. I used to go to a mechanic close to my house and discovered that they usually did not completely fix the problem and kept repeating that my car is old and will not last very long. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity.
