I used to go to a mechanic close to my house and discovered that they usually did not completely fix the problem and kept repeating that my car is old and will not last very long. That was three years ago. I started going to Lima Auto and found out that driving a little bit is definitely worthwhile. Chris and Mike are honest and reliable in all they do. If you come in with a problem and they deem it minor, they let you know. They never exaggerate the problem and their cost is reasonable. They are courteous and work with integrity. If and when I have mechanical/car issues, I really stopped worrying because I know and trust Chris and Mike to help me.

I brought the tire to get repaired. When the work was done, I asked how much I owned them because I did not purchase the tire at this store. The manger said it did not cost me anything. We used to have a family friend fix all of our vehicles but when he moved out of state his brother didn't do much for us. So we started to see Paul at American Tire Depot on Magnolia and he and his team really took great care of our vehicles. Went to get my A /C recharged. The guy tells me that it's holding pressure, but two valves are leaking. (What?). Tell's me my cabin filter is totally clogged. ( Just changed it two months ago, checked in parking lot after they were done, it wasn't ) $330 later, he tells me it is working fine now and is 32 degrees colder, but I won't notice today because it's not that warm out. I was watching these guys working on my car, when they were supposedly working, and I really don't think they did a thing. I would not take any vehicle here again, in fact I would like to take them to small claims court. They are committing fraud in my opinion. BEWARE!!!
