Overpriced with a "can't tell me sh*t" attitude. Maybe their great on old cars but as for my wife's 2010 Challenger they caused more issues then fixed and charged me 1/3 more then anywhere else to do it. Brought my car in for springs, struts, alignment and to go through and make sure everything was right. Did a motor swap and the shop before didn't tighten the lock nuts on my adjustable suspension so wanted it all gone over. Guy was mouthy from the start and bitched about the job the whole time. My front ball joints we're missing a lock plate (found out later), really obvious but they didn't say anything and put it back together anyway. Also missed my rear craddle bushings went bad even after bringing it back to them. This is a huge issue and made the car unsafe to drive, they said it was all good though. I call back and kind of question their knowledge since these basic and obvious issues were missed to which I was hung up on. My advice, find another shop and save yourself the agony.

Very friendly manager. There whole thing is guaranteed lowest price. They really mean it, no fuss. If it's only an hour, just walk over to Starbucks and grab some coffee. Brandon Featherstone

This is one mechanic shop that you would like to visit when you really need your car fixed. They really take care of you, very honest, reasonable and they do things right the first time. Got a flat and got it towed here because it was close to Cal Poly. People here are really nice and they fixed my tire for free! 1 year ago my brother-in-law referred me to Midas Diamond Bar after I told him I felt the Toyota dealer I had been going for 3 years up-sold some unnecessary services to me. Since then this place has been my go-to shop for all my car maintenance and repair. The staff (Nitin) was really nice and very honest. Doesn't try to push some unnecessary services to you. Star Auto Service is amazing. They really do the job right and take care of their customers. From the shuttle service to calling and giving me updates, I really appreciate their attention to detail. They even gave me a loaner car -- a Mustang which is considerably cooler than the minivan I left for repair. I've had a problem with an automatic side door that wouldn't stay open. The dealer spent an entire day and insisted I'd have to replace the whole door. I brought it to Star Auto and they were able to fix it for a fraction of the cost.
