I was referred to HB Auto & AC after excessive oil and transmission leaks were found after an oil change for my BMW. Patrick was fantastic. He found the issue and did a full inspection. He saved me money by recommending some needed additional maintenance needed in the same part of the engine. I appreciate that this was recommended, but not pushed. Honest mechanics are hard to come by. He also found an issue with my tire that I didn't even notice. I was probably a few miles from a blow out. Repairs were quick and fair in price. it is true, they do "care" at the care shop .mark is the most knowledgeable person I know when it relates to anything about any motor vehicle. I first brought in work truck's for the company I worked for, then my personal pickup, my chevy Tahoe was stolen and striped and his crew put it back together again as it was, mark and his wife rose to run a tight ship and really do care about the work and the customer .they really do back the work without question on the warranty. I saved $100 on tires by coming here and I'm glad I did. I ordered a set of 4 tires and made the appointment on their website (which included a $20 off promo for booking online) I made the appointment on Sunday and had it scheduled for Tuesday AM as they would have to order them and they wouldn't arrive till Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday morning and Charlie let me know my tires would arrive in the next hour and that they were available to install now if I was interested. I dropped the car off and 1 hour later I had 4 new tires installed. They even had a nice shine to them. The paperwork was taken care of quickly. Charlie in the office was helpful and courteous.
