My Trusted Mechanic
it is true, they do "care" at the care shop .mark is the most knowledgeable person I know when it relates to anything about any motor vehicle. I first brought in work truck's for the company I worked for, then my personal pickup, my chevy Tahoe was stolen and striped and his crew put it back together again as it was, mark and his wife rose to run a tight ship and really do care about the work and the customer .they really do back the work without question on the warranty. I have only the very best comments to give, you can trust mark without any concerns because he will have already taken care of any issue before it is a problem. Michael F.

Lexus Mechanic in Chino
You can rest assured that Mark and his team of very competent mechanics will repair and service your vehicle without "upselling" parts and services that are not needed. I found them on the internet and after reading all the 5 star reviews, I took my Lexus LS460L to them because it had a major electrical problem. They diagnosed and repaired my car at half the cost the dealer wanted to charge me. I am a "hot rodder" and an ex "drag racer" with my cars turning the quarter mile in less than 8.5 seconds so I know I think I know a little more than the average person about cars, motors and chassis work. In other words, I can usually tell when a mechanic is telling me the truth or not. I don't leave reviews very often, but thought I should in this case in order to inform people that "The Care Shop" is a repair shop you can absolutely trust to diagnose and repair you vehicle without any fear that they are taking advantage of you. Mercedes Repair
Rose and Mark genuinely care about their clients. I haven't seen them in a while since we got new cars. But just a few years ago when we were driving our OLD Mercedes they came through with honest, quality service every time. I trust them with anything related to my autos. Now that we are in the market for a hauling pick up I remembered how great they treated me all those times and I'm taking it in for a pre purchase inspection.

Auto Repair and Maintenance
This place has definitely gained me as a customer. They were friendly and honest. I usually go to the dealership for oil changes but this time I was pressed for time and was overdue for a service. The owners, I believe, were very nice and welcoming. I had a 3pm appointment on a Friday. They were on time and finished in about an hour. They have a waiting area with tv, magazines, and complimentary water or coffee. The place was very neat and tidy which I liked.
