I was referred to HB Auto & AC after excessive oil and transmission leaks were found after an oil change for my BMW. Patrick was fantastic. He found the issue and did a full inspection. He saved me money by recommending some needed additional maintenance needed in the same part of the engine. I appreciate that this was recommended, but not pushed. Honest mechanics are hard to come by. He also found an issue with my tire that I didn't even notice. I was probably a few miles from a blow out. Repairs were quick and fair in price. My car was washed and cleaned upon picking it up which speaks volumes about their care for their customers. I will continue to return here. Justine Marsing

I took my car for valve adjustments and was told that one of my piston was broken so I removed the head to find out that was not true. They took my $180 that could have been for the valve adjustment. Would not recommend this place. (657) 347- 6402. SMH

Last week I had the alternator replaced on my 1989 Ford LTD Crown Victoria and had this car smog checked. This was the second time I have had work done on this particular car but in the past they serviced a 1990 Lexus LS 400 that I used to own. This service was incredible! The mechanic was timely, knowledgeable, and professional. I had my oil changed and break pads/rotors replaced without leaving my house... and for cheaper than your standard shops. My favorite part? I wasn't being upsold on air filters and fluids! Never going back this place really disappointed me at the end with the new manager

Took them over two weeks for the repairs. Asked them to keep us updated, but never did. Only when we called did we find out about delays parts needed to be ordered, etc. $5K worth of work, I think it's okay to expect to be treated a bit more professionally.

I think you overcharged me with the oil change service. For the same service in other places, I only paid $60-$65.

It's too early to give any comments now let me drive few hundred miles then I'll be able to give any comments. So far everything seems to be OK.

Tony is absolutely amazing. He is honest, trustworthy and I felt comfortable leaving my car with him. Though he didn't fix my problem due to my having a warranty he was happy that my car was getting fixed though not by him. Will def be coming back and referring him to friends and family Cristina R. I saved $100 on tires by coming here and I'm glad I did. I ordered a set of 4 tires and made the appointment on their website (which included a $20 off promo for booking online) I made the appointment on Sunday and had it scheduled for Tuesday AM as they would have to order them and they wouldn't arrive till Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday morning and Charlie let me know my tires would arrive in the next hour and that they were available to install now if I was interested. I dropped the car off and 1 hour later I had 4 new tires installed. They even had a nice shine to them. The paperwork was taken care of quickly. Charlie in the office was helpful and courteous. For the past 4 years I have been going to American Tire Depot. The pricing is reasonable. Everyone there is professional....polite, easy going. The guys there are on it!...your in and out!
