I saved $100 on tires by coming here and I'm glad I did. I ordered a set of 4 tires and made the appointment on their website (which included a $20 off promo for booking online) I made the appointment on Sunday and had it scheduled for Tuesday AM as they would have to order them and they wouldn't arrive till Monday afternoon. Monday afternoon I called to confirm my appointment for Tuesday morning and Charlie let me know my tires would arrive in the next hour and that they were available to install now if I was interested. I dropped the car off and 1 hour later I had 4 new tires installed. They even had a nice shine to them. The paperwork was taken care of quickly. Charlie in the office was helpful and courteous. I drive back and forth between Northern and Southern California quite a bit. I drive a 2001 Toyota Corolla without AC. Anyone that has ever driven the 3 hour drive down the 5 freeway in the summer knows that's awful without AC. My friend from Huntington Beach recommended d and s and they did a great job. The owner, Steve was very direct, and he showed me the parts he had taken out to let me see exactly what I was paying for. His wife handled my paperwork and was super sweet and cheerful. I would recommend.

I've gone to Precision Import Auto Repair for about seven years now, so it's not my first time dealing with this company. I can say they're very dependable. The whole team, particularly Mano and Mike, are excellent people to take care of any situation. They are very trustworthy and repair things until it is finished to perfection. They allow customers to speak out their minds so they can include it into their final evaluation. Their prices are very reasonable.

I was on vacation with my family and I had a tire that kept losing air. This place hooked me up with a new tire valve and got me back on the road in no time! My next door neighbor in Orange recommended this shop to find help for my creaking suspension and wearing on my new front tires that were wearing on the inside tread to the silver wires. Pep Boys could not fix it and told me after two trips to them to find a suspension shop. This shop was just a phone call away and took me in immediately on Friday August 3, 2012. My 1987 Nissan had quick attention and work began immediately to get my car back to me that afternoon! Their work included replacing the driver's side axle which had a badly ripped and torn axle boot, gravely worn strut rod bushings and axle arm bolts. Of course I had to replace the worn tire also. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and worn out parts were also shown to me. Their advice on my other questions to check out my car's condition was most helpful. Wow, a very serious problem was fixed with fast, courteous services. Even better than the fast service, their prices were reasonable also. Thank you Plaza Mufflers! Just ask for "Johnny."

All you women out there that are afraid to trust a mechanic call John.he is a good honest guy and we'll treat you fairly. My husband has a race car and only trusts it to John. His experience and dedication to his industry is amazing, and he his loyalty to his clients is legendary. If you need work on a European or import car he is your guy.
