Exceeded my expectations. As a woman, I am always suspect of what "problems" I am told my car may have. Randy, brought to my attention two issues which they fixed, but showed me a picture of what it looked like before and after. WHAT A CONCEPT! PROOF...I love it. The other first .... I have been a long time customer and they took care of me a couple years ago. Having said that, I have never been so screwed over by a company. Trusting them to fix my car and save me money, I left it with them on a Monday morning. Then I rented a car and waited. Wednesday I call to find out the status and they STILL have not even touched my car. I ended up renting a car for 8 DAYS. $300 later, (cost of car rental), they STILL had not gotten around to fixing my car. So I picked it up today and drove it over to VW in Roseville. They quoted me $400 to fix my car in about 24 hours. So THANKS roseville engine, for doubling my cost of fixing my car. OMG don t ever take your vehicle to this location.

These people were life savers!! We broke down 12 hours from home. After our truck was 'fixed' at another repair place we broke down not less than 3 miles away. We got towed for the third time thankfully to Street Tech. Corey knew how desperate we were to salvage any part of our vacation and he went above and beyond. They stayed open an hour late, he correctly diagnosed the problem with limited time, went to bat for us to get the part we needed and fixed it! He charged us less than the first place that didn't even fix the problem! He called us the next day to make sure everything was ok and that we made it to our destination. I only wish I lived in Orangevale because I would never take my cars anywhere else! When we weren't sure it could be fixed in a day, the receptionist called a car rental company for us and gave us a list of hotels nearby. They were friendly and helpful when we most needed it. This is an honest, hard working, stand up place with people that are amazing. If you live anywhere near Sacramento I would check it out! Tim is the Most Amazing Mechanic I’ve seen in my 40 Years in the Car Business ! With 3 ways to fix the blend door ! He choose the one for the customer’s best pricing ! The dealer low balled Me & He took a 8 hour job to four hours . The factory set the HVAC actuators to the wrong pressure ! Tim re-set the actuators In The Body Control Module (BCM) after he was done . We now have heater & A/C back again .Tim is a Get Her Done kinda GREAT mechanic! Thank you so much ! After 40 years in the car/truck business He is the go to Guy of Auto Repair . ??????
