I have been coming to North Coast for a couple years now. They have great friendly service and go above and beyond for their customers.

The guys are California Import Auto are the best! I have lived in the area for almost 20 years and have taken my cars here the entire time. What I appreciate most is the honest advice – they tell me what my car needs and what can wait. Their work is fast and they have guaranteed everything they’ve ever done. I am so thankful for them – they’ve kept me and my vehicles going for 20 years!

Brought my Honda Element in for an oil leak. Other place wanted to replace head gasket, but Rusty diagnosed it to just the valve cover gasket and camshaft end caps. Saved me from unnecessary repairs. BnC seems to be very honest and only fix what really needs to be fixed. They are not trying to sell you or talk you into all kind of repairs. I can highly recommend them and will bring our cars there for any needs in the future.

Gave me good deal for replacing the fuel filter and was fast too.

Took our 2006 Charger in for a tune up, these guys did a great job, showed and asked me if I wanted the old or bad parts. Also the charge was very very reasonable. I will be taking all my vehicles to them as well as recommending them to friends.

Had a flat a year ago and stopped by and they fixed it in ten minutes. Did not want payment. Gave them a cash "tip" for their good service.Next two months ago bought four new tires. Called, made appt. arrived, tires on and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Price was right.Today, had a low pressure tire warning. Stopped by and they checked the tires, no puncture, added air and again did not want payment. They have a good attitude and excellent service.

Great service and very friendly. Bill and his team are excellent at diagnosing problems in your vehicle and then communicating them to the mechanically disinclined in open, unambiguous language. Unlike my experiences with other mechanics, I left feeling more informed about the status of my car and felt like I got a great deal, which I did. Align-Tech did a 4 wheel alignment on my Honda and it's never driven better. I was wearing out my tires way too fast and it always pulled to the right on the freeway. They also did an oil change and the whole thing took about an hour and a half. I plan on going back to Align-Tech.

I love this shop! Being a female, most mechanic shops try to take advantage of me but not there. They are friendly and have reasonable prices.
