Same day repair
It has been about 2 weeks since I took my car R&D. My car overheated on the way to church and I could not figure out why. I took my car into the shop and they showed me a crack in the radiator. They made the repair quickly and I was thankful it was not a big bill.

My new mechanic
They completed a diagonosis on my car and found that what was expalined to me as an elecrtical issue from my previous mechanic was a very minor problem. Once R&D figured out the issue at hand they were able to make the repair neccessary and it only ran about 200.00 compaired to the 1900.00 I was told by my previous mechanic. I have found a new honest and reliable shop.

Brakes, turn signal bulbs
My husband and I recently purchased a 2006 Nissan Maxima for our daughter in Tustin. The vehicle only had a 30 day warranty on the Drive Train. Needless to say about 2 weeks after we purchased the car , we found the brake pads and rotors needed replaced. We took the car to Jim to confirm what my husband found and to check the car out for any other possible problems. All of the necessary repairs we completed and we were able to give our daughter a car that we knew would be safe on the road. He knew our concerns and was very detailed in his inspection and found no additional problems.

Radiator hose
Very happy that the service manager was able to explain the issues with my car so I could understand just what was going on with my car and not a lot of technical terms that mean nothing to me. They are honest and dedicated to keeping their customers satisfied and coming back.

Timing Belt Replacement
My tow truck recommended this shop when I broke down on the 78. Not knowing where to take it to since I dont have a local mechanic he recommended R&D, he said he has personally used them and was happy. They looked at my car and I needed a new timing belt. At first I thought the price sounded a little high but I called a couple of other places before I authorized the work and found that Jim was about $90.00 cheaper. He had my car fixed in no time and it has been about 3 weeks and it is still running great.
