Motorcycle repair service near Diamond Bar, CA

STAY AS FARRRR away from this company as you can. They ship you junk, dont return ANY calls, and when you finally do get someone, a tech, they lie to you, have you on hold for over an HOUR, say they will pick up your quad and fix it, but then later say YOU have to get it fixed. they are horribly rated with BBB, have many many complaints, and they lie..do NOT get burned by this half a$$ed ""company"" they don't care once they have your $$$$.$$ stay away they are scammers. GO to a local place who CARES about you as a customer. don't get burned like we all did. they are horrible cheats.

My sons Mustang was in our garage seems like forever we tried to get it towed to a shop but they wouldnt send a flat bed tow truck even when we request one about 3xs so my husband decided to put the fuel pump in himself while at the Auto Zone my husband met Ali and Ali gave him some advice and his ph# and said that he was mobile.We then decided to have Ali put the pump in. You can tell he KNOWS what he's doing/talking about.Ali had the fuel pump in it didn't take him long at all. And the price was GREAT!! From now on Ali will be our Mechanic and no one else!! THANK YOU ALI!!!

Drove by this little shop and spoke with Tyler Ruiz the owner, he gave me a great price that made me skeptical of the quality, but Tyler always answered the phone answered every question I had and took great care of my Honda 450r. Had it ready to go same day, and he did some small things like a quick tune and new spark plug which he did not charge for. Tyler going the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the bike and the work he preformed made this shop the only shop I will bring my bikes to. Great place with above average customer service!

I will never EVER recommend the service department to anyone!! They replaced both tires on my Valkrie. They put the WRONG valve stem on my rear tire and let me take my bike without checking for leaks. I rode my bike for about 10 miles to work and it was wobbling all over the freeway. My vale stem was loose and leaking air. I called them and sent the bike back via AAA. The service manager, Andrew called me and told me that they had put the wrong vale stem on my tire and that they would order one and not charge me.Gee thanks! I mean, here I am riding a bike with the tire deflating and his attitude is very cavalier! A week later my bike was ready. Mr. personalty, Andrew, brought my bike out and said "here you go" and then he walked away. The best response I got was a "sorry about that" from the other manager. No offer to compensate me for my troubles at all

Don't waste your time and money at this business. People working there are very rude and obnoxious. Used foul language on customer. If they don't want or need my business, all they have to say is that we don't fix your kind of bike or we are busy....but don't be a dick about it. Need to fire that dude with the mohawk.
