I was extremely impressed and most appreciative of the service provided for my clutch replacement & brake work. The work was done quickly, the guys were wonderful to work with, explained everything - and now my car runs wonderful. I will definitely bring my car back for all future work & maintenance.

I had a great experience with William Michael Automotive. I brought my car in with a weird noise and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and propose a solution. I was blown away by the emails I received from them with photos of my actual problem along with diagrams of how it should look and function. They really go out of their way to make the customer feel comfortable that they are getting great service. Went to Macy for a transmission overhaul. Went back several times after for poor shifting and was told no problem. Reverse went out and was told 2 weeks to check it out. $ major back surgeries and was still put off where I had to push it backward. Long story short never fixed problem that caused low/reverse band to snap. Got BAR involved and Macy was cited for numerous violations including NO receipts for any parts put into my trans. BAR recommended refund and Macy ( JR ) said NO. Taking them to court next. If you had work done there chances are there are no parts receipts for what they put in your car either. Dishonest company.

Great service from Alan and his crew! We just bought a 3-year old Prius for my son and GIC did a thorough evaluation of the car. Jorge of Baja's auto tech has done several jobs for me over the last year. He has been honest with me and given me a good price every time. He has not tried to convince me to do something that doesn't really need to be done. He trouble shoots problems like a master mechanic should and only does what makes sense to do. I'm happy that I can trust him and that he gets my job done quickly. I highly reccomend him!

I rolled in at 6:30pm on Friday with my brake lights not going off when i turned off the car. obviously, if i didn't get this fixed, the battery would drain and i'd be out of luck with a dead battery by Saturday morning. I went to the front desk and asked if the mechanics were still on duty. he said they were off at 5pm, but i could go in there and ask if they could do me a favor. owner/operator/master technician chris stepped right up and how he could help me. i explained the issue and he spent about 5-10 minutes working my issue and sure enough he figured it out and at least came up with a temporary solution. he told me what to do to arrange a permanent fix and didn't try to tell me to bring it in Monday so he could fix it for a bunch of money. i asked him if i could compensate him for this mini consultation...and he declined. an owner/operator/master technician who's still at his shop 1.5 hours after closing time on a Friday willing to stand tall and help out someone in need seems like a pretty solid guy to me and a guy who's doing what it takes to make his business successful. I'll be taking my BMW to Chris for service going forward.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. These guys ruined my brand new wheels! They created giant chunks in the wheels and left marring on the front surface of the wheel. After only 3,000 miles my vehicle went through a brand new pair of tires because they couldn't align the lift that they had installed on my 2012 truck properly. The mechanics couldn't even install and balance new tires without ruining my wheels. I wouldn't even trust these guys with an oil change. Never go there!
