I was extremely impressed and most appreciative of the service provided for my clutch replacement & brake work. The work was done quickly, the guys were wonderful to work with, explained everything - and now my car runs wonderful. I will definitely bring my car back for all future work & maintenance.

I have an old car that had a cracked CV boot and the bearings seized up. Dennis, et al, did the best they could to free the bearings, but in the end had to cut of the part and rebuild a used one. The OEM part was super expensive but since they had the technical skills, they were savvy enough to buy a used part and rebuild it. This was actually a better option than buying a new part by a third-party vendor. They involved me in the decision by emailing photos and calling me. Super job and great customer service!

BMW Go to Shop!!
As a long time BMW owner, like most, finding an honest reliable shop has proven to be very difficult. I have been in the bimmer scene for almost 15 years owning multiple BMW models. I have been to most of the so called BMW specialist around the bay area and I finally have found my go to shop! Trust me, I used to bring my car to the dealership ( Steven's Creek) because I thought they were trust worthy until I found a service adviser lying to me about replacing a part on my car that I knew had already been replaced. All dealerships care about is making money! I brought my X5 diesel to SV Bimmer for service and to replace my water pump and belts. Being a car enthusiast, I like to talk about cars with mechanics, to test their knowledge and get a feel for who they are. After meeting and speaking with Riccardo and Dennis, I could tell that these guys were passionate about what they do. Unlike most mechanics, they are full of energy and seem excited to get to work. It's nice to actually have a mechanic that cares! They in fact are former mechanics that worked directly for BMW. So technically, you are getting BMW dealership quality without the outrageous mark up from the dealer. The best part is, these guys are open late and on Saturday's so I did not need to take time off of work to get my car fixed! They can also work on any other cars. I saw them working on a Mercedes and Porsche in the back, but am not sure if they fully advertise this. I would ask them first. I'm going to have to let my other friends with exotic cars know about this place also! Don Juan D. San Jose, CA
