I took my car to Alex about a week ago. One of the best mechanics I've ever been to. He took the time to check what's wrong with my car and got back to me with a fair estimate and price for labor. I had a great experience with William Michael Automotive. I brought my car in with a weird noise and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and propose a solution. I was blown away by the emails I received from them with photos of my actual problem along with diagrams of how it should look and function.
