I have been a long time customer and they took care of me a couple years ago. Having said that, I have never been so screwed over by a company. Trusting them to fix my car and save me money, I left it with them on a Monday morning. Then I rented a car and waited. Wednesday I call to find out the status and they STILL have not even touched my car. I ended up renting a car for 8 DAYS. $300 later, (cost of car rental), they STILL had not gotten around to fixing my car. So I picked it up today and drove it over to VW in Roseville. They quoted me $400 to fix my car in about 24 hours. So THANKS roseville engine, for doubling my cost of fixing my car. OMG don t ever take your vehicle to this location.

Exceeded my expectations. As a woman, I am always suspect of what "problems" I am told my car may have. Randy, brought to my attention two issues which they fixed, but showed me a picture of what it looked like before and after. WHAT A CONCEPT! PROOF...I love it. The other first ....
