Engine repair service near El Mirage, CA

My wife and I want to thank Darrin and his team for helping us save thousands of dollars from purchasing a vehicle from Valley Hi Toyota Scion. We drove from Las Vegas to purchase a vehicle when we came upon Big Apple Automotive. We asked Darrin if he could do an inspection of the vehicle prior to purchasing it. Although they were busy, Darrin had no problem looking at vehicle immediately. They discovered some very costly repairs and sensors that came up. We informed the dealership of the issues, but they did not want to hear about the problems. Due to their lack of integrity and customer service, we did not purchase the vehicle. Also, I discovered a nail in my tire and Darrin and his team fixed it at no charge. This the only shop I take my car to. It's not cheap but the best service and mechanics I've found here in AV. This is a AAA shop. Never a mistake made!

Vic and his team have provided excellent service for my 2003 BMW 330XI for over 7 years. Without his timely response, knowledge, and expertise, I would have sold this car years ago. I trust Vic to solve any problem with the car and provide me with the best advice to economically maintain this car. Customer service is friendly and superb - I can often get my car in and out for service in a day.

All work performed was completed with proficiency and care. I was informed immediately of exactly what was needed and the costs for parts and labor. All employees and the owner were very polite. The made me feel like I was being treated as a family member. It reminded me of my dad who was a mechanic who treated every customer with respect.

This mechanic is a rip off he charged me 900.00 to fix my power steering pump and replace the RACK AND PINION AFTER I PAID FOR THE PUMP WITH MY CREDIT CARD .3 months later the car would not u turn and had steering issues ,after numerouse excuses ( at least 20 re..dr appointments ,wife sick,speeding ticket,ect ect no response his mail box is always full you can only text and he takes a day or two to get back to you .I left car at his residence ,after 3 weeks of no response i checked to see how the car was coming along come to find out he never even tried to fix ! just used the car as his personal vehicle I know this because it had a infant car seat strapped in the back,empty of gas after i left it 1/2 full,clothes in trunk .laptop in trunk and cigarette ashes and fast food trash left inside ,As well as the door for the gas cap completly missing ( i found the door in trunk)And the car was left in driveway when he wasn't joy riding in it for three weeks with the sprinklers on leaving hard water spots front to back. I took the car to a reputable mechanic and he fixed for another 400.00 You would be crazy to hire this guy.
