They didn't have my tire in stock and my dealership didn't have time to change my tire this weekend, so i purchased the tire from the dealership and these guys took care of me free of charge. Not only that, they informed me that the dealership sold me a used tired when i bought a new one. I appreciate these guys for being upfront and giving me advice on the situation. Will be returning for all repairs in the future.
While at this time I can not speak on the quality of the work I would ... read more While at this time I can not speak on the quality of the work I would like to speak on the honesty of the shop. I was quoted $450 to do a repair on my vehicle. I left feeling the price was more than fair but obviously down that I had to get the work done. Before I even reached my destination I got a call and told that repairs are not necessary and come on back and grab the car. The shop could have easily have just done the work and charged me and I would have never known. All future work will be done through Import Auto Service. It is hard sometimes to find good work but it is even harder anymore to find this level of honesty.
