I don't know much about vehicle repair but I do know I trust Justin, the owner and everyone that works at that shop. They explain everything your car needs and why you need it before they begin repair. I have never felt like they tried to up sell me or repair something that wasn't needed. Great Service, Great Price. Quality is legitimate, staff is knowledgable, Service has INCLUDED extended warranty, on service and parts performed by JCM. Multiple Lifts in Garage, Fully equipped with toolsets as well as various specialty tools. EXPECTED repair cost by me: $500+ ACTUAL repair cost by JCM $50. Owner Jeff is very knowledgable of mechanics, as well as his staff of mechanics that know a great amount about the work they do. The VERY BEST PRICE. JCM uses quality Japanese parts, and at virtually cost prices. There are some reviews that post negative remarks however, I did not experience those types of behavior during my visits here. Once again, honest, willing to "hang in there" for a "fantom" problem until finally, after three weeks, identified as the starter. Once again, they are honest, reasonable in costs, and willing to keep at it until the true problem is identified. One of the best mechanic groups I have had the privilege to have work on my cars. Absolutely the "BEST"!!!

I hope it can be fixed but so far it isn't good. I came in for my truck barely going over 20mph even when hitting the gas pedal and after a few months it still has the same problem. What should I do?

Great service and very friendly. Bill and his team are excellent at diagnosing problems in your vehicle and then communicating them to the mechanically disinclined in open, unambiguous language. Unlike my experiences with other mechanics, I left feeling more informed about the status of my car and felt like I got a great deal, which I did. Align-Tech did a 4 wheel alignment on my Honda and it's never driven better. I was wearing out my tires way too fast and it always pulled to the right on the freeway. They also did an oil change and the whole thing took about an hour and a half. I plan on going back to Align-Tech.

Took our 2006 Charger in for a tune up, these guys did a great job, showed and asked me if I wanted the old or bad parts. Also the charge was very very reasonable. I will be taking all my vehicles to them as well as recommending them to friends.
