I've taken my Audi TT roadster to Griffin's several times. They have take great care of the care of it. They know the ins and outs of repairing Audis, so I'm not waiting for days while they scout around for parts and figure out how to get the repair done. Ryan is an amazing mechanic! Very knowledgable, personable, and honest. I recently moved from LA and have used the same mechanic for 15yrs on my Acura's, so I was hesitant to find a new one in SD. I was so pleased to find Ryan, b/c his approach was very similar to Jay my previous mechanic. He was able to fix my brakes, change the oil, replace the door locking mechanism, and have Hertz pick me up and get me a rental car: all for a reasonable price.

Professional, experienced, and very organized. That is what comes to my mind when I think about Euroautospot. They have worked on my BMW X5, and son's BMW 328. Great Service, Great Price. Quality is legitimate, staff is knowledgable, Service has INCLUDED extended warranty, on service and parts performed by JCM. Multiple Lifts in Garage, Fully equipped with toolsets as well as various specialty tools. EXPECTED repair cost by me: $500+ ACTUAL repair cost by JCM $50. Owner Jeff is very knowledgable of mechanics, as well as his staff of mechanics that know a great amount about the work they do. The VERY BEST PRICE. JCM uses quality Japanese parts, and at virtually cost prices. There are some reviews that post negative remarks however, I did not experience those types of behavior during my visits here. I've been going to these guys for years and years, for all my cars. Today I came in to get a slow leak repaired - they did it for free, even though the car I brought in was on its original tires (in other words, I hadn't bought tires for that car at Tire Depot). I also trust these guys to mount tires on rare rims on my vintage vehicle. I think the longest wait I've ever had in all my years going here was about an hour-and-a-half. To top it all off, their prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommended. Greg McKim

Gary and Sharon have done it again! I have been going to their original shop Aero Auto for almost two decades because of their extraordinary service. They recently bought this shop, which is a little closer to my house, so I took my car in here last time. They have done a lot of work to fix it up so it looks nice inside and out. It's so nice to have an auto repair shop that is clean and professional. Sadly, it is still somewhat difficult to find shops that treat women with respect. But that is definitely not the case here! They have created a friendly, comfortable environment for anyone needing their car repaired. And with the free coffee and WiFi, maybe I'll just hang out next time I need my car fixed!

Same as the review above. DO NOT GO HERE. I used to come here about 10 years ago with my Civic and always had good service. This shop has changed hands and the mechanics and manager that used to be there have all left. I took my car in to have my brakes checked. They replaced my rear brake pads. Long story short - 2 days later, there was a burning smell and noise from the rear side of the car and I was stranded with 2 little kids in the middle of nowhere. Pep Boys fixed it and said that the Speedy mechanic forgot to screw in the bolts while doing the brake job. Took 2 days to get the bolts (since this happened on a weeked). Had to miss one day of work and pay for the fix job. Went back to the shop and the owner JOHN ROZAR denied that this could happen. He finally agreed to pay the money back for the original service of $180 but would do so the following day. He never showed up as agreed. Besides being stranded, losing a day of work, paying the towing charge, and getting it fixed. Don't let this happen to you. THIS SHOP IS DISHONEST and NEGLIGENT. DO NOT GET ANYTHING FIXED OR YOUR CAR CHECKED HERE. ESPECIALLY BY A MECHANIC NAMED TONY.

I am writing this for my husband I can't believe he had such a good mechanic under wraps and does not share with others. All you women out there that are afraid to trust a mechanic call John.he is a good honest guy and we'll treat you fairly. My husband has a race car and only trusts it to John. His experience and dedication to his industry is amazing, and he his loyalty to his clients is legendary. If you need work on a European or import car he is your guy.
